Am now studying to move over to HR , just found your channel enjoying so far
Hello! Thank you so much for watching! I am glad to be helpful! 😊 much love to you, I am sure you will certainly enjoy working in Human Resources !
Love this! I do the same work as you do. Keep up the great content😊
I love love love! My job! I am making a video about what I do and grad school things will be posted this weekend ❤️ thanks for watching!
I’m from Texas too and yes the weather is crazy lol
Super, I don't mind the rain we are getting now though it has been nice 😂😂
Alexandria girl yes😍😍
I’m switching to the human resource management program at my college and want to get my master’s degree but idk if I want it in business administration or Human Resources. What are you in grad school for? 😊
Hello! Thank you for watching. I am currently in graduate school for Business Administration and Management. I am also looking to get my PHR and SHRM-CP. Both are certifications for HR. I am getting the PHR first as I have been told/advised to start there before pursuing the SHRM CP. I did not do Human Resource Management because I felt as though I could benefit from other coursework, such as accounting and finance.
@@alexandria9870 as I did further research into HR and I know that it’s the career field I want to pursue. My school has SHRM and with me switch next term I was told to sign up for it as soon as possible. I was thinking of going the business admin route but I wasn’t 100% sure about it.
Definitely weigh your options if your undergrad is Business Admin then I would say go for Human Resource Management and as far as SHRM that's so great your program offers it, and it this helps I know some jobs will pay for you to complete your SHRM exam! I know I'm getting mine reimbursed once they're completed .
@@alexandria9870 I will! I’ve been in school for two years but my program wasn’t clicking with me which is why I switched to human resource management. I feel like the possibilities are endless and it’s something up my alley.
I haven’t finished watching but I’m so excited to watch you! I’ve been looking for someone else in HR. I’m in CA but we have a large amount of people in my company in TX. I’ve was an HR admin assistant for a while, then promoted to an HR generalist now. Hopefully moving to a coordinator role at a start up soon! Honestly would love to connect with you because sometimes I feel so alone just starting out 🥺
Hi!!!! Congratulations on your promotion first and foremost! And thank you so much for watching and engaging. I love connecting with fellow HR Professionals! I wish you the best of luck and for a prosperous 2022🤎
Hello! I’m trying to get a job as HR assistant, but I just have an associate degree in psychology. May I ask you would I be able to get a job or I need a Bachelor degree? Thank you so much for your answer!
I'm not sure what state you are in, but when I was an HR Assistant here in Texas I was still in school! So you should still be good to apply as it is an entry level position!
@@alexandria9870 thank you so much for your answer
Omg I just found your channel and you are the prettiest cutest thing!!
Your top really compliments your light hair color.
I like your vibe a lot. Subscribed! 🙂
Thank you!!! 🥺 I miss this hair color honestly!
Weird
Can master in public administration get you a job as HR coordinator? Love your vibe.
Hello!! Absolutely ☺️ you can probably even get Into a generalist role with the masters!
I love work ditl thank you for posting
Ah! I love watching them too! Thank you for watching💓💓💓
omg your video makes me excited to go back to work tomorrow😂
how is it working in construction do your work with mostly guys?
Yes!! Definitely the majority of my coworkers are men! It's a lot of fun though, especially in a more corporate styled office! Also congratulations on going back to work! You'll settle in nicely and have a great time!! 🤎
Can you please do a video about skin care with PCOS? I’ve been having acne since I was in my teens and spent so much money on products and nothing has really worked for me.
I hadn't actually thought about this but yes! I certainly will add this to my list. I have had PCOS since I was 15. My skin is much clearer now a days so I can definitely add this to the list❤️ I thank you so much for watching and engaging.
@@alexandria9870 thank you! I can’t wait! Atleast I know there’s hope for me 😊. I love your content by the way, keep up the good work!
What do you have your degree in
My Degree is in Agriculture! I'm currently in my Masters program for Management and a Concentration in HR
I saw you have your degree in agriculture I currently have an agriculture position and I am wanting to transition into HR. Any tips on interviewing especially with an agriculture background ?
Hello Autumn !! Thank you for reaching out and engaging! I always throw my Ag degree in the middle of my interview before interviewers can ask. I have always said " I know my degree is in Agriculture, but Ag is so much more than chicken and cows. I focused heavily in the business aspect which is very resourceful in building a career outside of Agriculture" I usually also get laugher from the chicken and cows aspect because it's already what they are thinking! It shows personality and diversity in a sense!
Did I see this correctly........you were writing right to left......freaked me out a bit. Lol
LOL I used my front camera for that and couldn't flip it 😂😂😂😂😂
I was think the same thing ahahah thinking like okay… are we writing in Arabic?? And left handed? That’s convenient lol
I was just looking in the comments to see if anyone else noticed hajajajja I was like wthhhhh no way hahahaha
Can I be an hr coordinator with an associate degree?
Yes! You absolutely can!!
What is the workload like for a HR Manager? The role seems relaxing and the assumption is they have alot of free time
I wouldn't say it's relaxing depending on the company and industry. I definitely think that as long as you are able to delegate, train and keep your team then that's where the ease of the role comes from. There are other high-level responsibilities that managers I've worked for have and it helps to have a solid team working the day to day.
@@alexandria9870 does that mean being a hr assistant/coordinator/advisor is more challenging?
@@AbuBakar-pz9roi don't think either is challenging maybe work load slightly differs!
Is it a hard job and what's pay rate
I don't think HR is hard, but it is a lot of work. I also think the work environment and who you team is plays into this as well. Because HR can require quite a bit you want to work with an organization that has a strong team.
Ty for sharing your experience in HR 💜
You're so very welcome! Thank you for engaging❤️
Those nails 🙈
Funny thing is I loved the color and HATED the style 😂😂😂 I said yeah not doing this shape again!
