Currently, in TDM, several maps have a bot glitch where bots will not spawn. This glitch has been around for months. Finally got favela map in TDM and it too has the bots glitch. This isn't an issue for cross play, as there are usually enough players to fill the server. But for cross play off, there are nearly as many maps that are glitched as there are working maps. So when a glitched map pops everyone must leave the game and wait for the server to shut down the glitched map and rejoin hoping you don't get another glitched map.
I have been playing a lot of TDM lately since rush was removed and an found during after hours, dice is testing some new AI or something as there were new bots that did not have the standard AI tag.
@@Miguelon88888 its unbelievable how mismanaged bf2042 feels. Like, the gameplay is fun, sure, but there are so sooo many tiny details that make no sense and add up quickly. Why can't I use the unique weapon skin attachments as standalones on other guns? Why are there not more universal skins? Why can't I delete the grenadelauncher on the scar? ( it's a cohesion thing, everything else can be modified this way but this gun of course cannot) why are not all attachments on all guns? Why can't I use the new Ak scope on all guns? These restrictions are so dumb and they literally copied this whole thing from call og duty but in bad: all of that is possible over there why not in bf?
I Love the sound of this but being a very old BF player it never ends with destroying the Objective, it's just a TDM game with a distraction. They should have limited lives(4 respawns) and soldiers that have to revive( if you revive your teammates then they don't lose one of their lives and what ever team can master this will win becuase the other team may lose becuase of Lives lost...Come on Dice put that in your game modes. Lets use our brains to make this game amazing again. Battlefield has just turned into COD with a lot of cluster Fucking going on. Lets start playing Bf like it has some depth and "Real" teamwork" Like it used to be . The games were so much more satisfying when you won, you feel like you've earned it. Return to Castle Wolfenstein & Enemy Territory had great teamplay and you had to complete the objective before time ran out or it was a tie. Love your dedication to Battlefield Cad!! Great Job over the years!
Thanks as always. I got glitch on the mission play as support 2 rounds. The 1st round work normally but later round it won't have any progression and stay 1/2 round for 10 match. Finally I close and relaunch the game and it fixed. I hope I got battle pass point because I can't remember how many point I have that time.
This is not a mode for Battlefield, especially 2042. We've already seen how poorly these competitive modes did in previous games, making it an event isn't going to encourage people to play it. Not to mention I haven't got a clue how this is supposed to tie-in to 2142 if it's just SnD. If this game had naval warfare I would've wanted Carrier Assault back since that was based on Titan from 2142. Now that I think about it it's crazy that a game about No-Pats living on ships didn't include naval warfare or some version of Carrier Assault. BF4 had more 2142 tie-ins than 2042 and it's a shame.
BF4 had the titans, drop pods, rail gun, hover tanks ... So there COULD even be a titan-related mode in BF2042, but that would most likely require quite a bit of work, so ...
I wish they would add 1 more grenade to the lethal underbarrel grenade launcher. It really sucks having only 1 to use especially when several weapons have a requirement to unlock specific ammo by taking out 50 enemies.

Thank you for information about this mode, I like idea of more "competitive" mode, something different - is good little change. I think this game is pretty good in competitive approach - shutdown for example was really good.
Lots of cheaters are taking over in this game. I wish they would give us a crossplay platform to choose from and just turn off pc cross play. Then, it would be nice to have xbox and ps5 players only.
Do we know what they actually mean when they say 4v4 or 8v8? Is it like there are gonna be both at the same time and you choose which one you wanna play or is it that the first week is 4v4 then week 2 is 8v8
Are these gamemodes a thing? I really want to play something else than the only available german custom portal conquest server, but i cant find any lobbies in general. Will people play those gamemodes?
There’s absolutely no reason the motivation to play this game anymore. At this point I have over 300 hours in this game… no new weapons, maps or vehicles just stupid cosmetics
3rd FINAL update.. im honestly getting sick and gdmn tired of this thats 3 updates in a month, go F off dice and focus on the new battlefield your already ruining. This shits getting old.
After the patch the ribbon rewards on portal servers is not working correctly, seem you can only get one ribbon per game. Unless I am doing something wrong!
Farming ribbons in this mode will be hell

BF means large scale intensive all out warfare. So, This mode is not a good addition to it. Control is the best thing that happened in 2042.

Doesn't work if you play the new portal weekly rotation with the BF3 or BC2 loadout (playing as a support or deploy crates...)
