❤ There will still be small updates as Dice stated just no more major updates such as new session's, map's, weapon's, vehicle's & operator's... however they may still add some of the portal weapon's such as the G3A3, M98B, STG 44, M24, AN-94 ect.. to compensate for the lack of Actual new weapons not being added.

I have experienced a bug when controlling the Dragur on my THIRD time controlling it in a match. It's easy to re-create, just go into CQ Co-op mode on Spearhead (happened on Orbital, too) and the 3rd time you take over the Dragur, you will be "under the map" and cannot control it for the rest of the current match.
I've had this happen as well, but it only happened in solo for some reason. But it also isn't available on Hourglass in solo. Sadly its annoying because the bots always have an AA vehicle and you get shot down fast. Not having the countermeasures really makes it vulnerable, especially since the stealth camo mode doesn't prevent lock on while active like the stealth helicopter,
Almost the same bug as the Lis tv rocket bug in co-op
I wouldn't call this the final update. We still have the "Future Strike" event to come, and Attic (DICE Dev) said in the battlefield discord that more content is coming to portal at some point.
I'm hoping they disable specialist gadgets in this new strike team mode, make it a little more competitive
There is a bug loading into the Draugr. Also the kerosene bomb is obscene.
One of the things that still bother me about the game is perfectly resumed at 0:57. The soldier excits the vehicle that just explodes next to him without killing him then is able to shoot a rocket to a vehicle 20cm away from him without dying. Same when you use helis or jets, the amount of rockets/ explosions to kill a soldier is way too high! HP sponges... Self health regeneration of vehicles and people over time shouldn't exist as well. The system in Battlefield 1 was good I think, where you could fix your vehicles but during that you couldn't do anything else, making it more strategic
I’m experiencing a lot of empty servers on breakthrough yesterday and 5 times the servers automatically kick me out to the menu, and I its annoying to grind for 80 ribbons for the lmg, the only positive thing is no more vehicles camping with Irish trophy system
Took 7 season to change that for Irish lmao what a joke of a game.
New bug on PS5 that occurs in solo/co-op. If you're trying to unlock equipment for the new drone bomber and crash into the ground the next time you spawn in the bomber it's glitches underneath the map.
DICE needs to keep 2042 going.
They are kicking butt on all these updates.

tried to play the event, but there were 5 people in the lobby waiting for it to fill, all of who eventually gave up, NA servers btw , luckily you don't need to play the event to get ribbons
Same, tried yesterday in Australia, couldn't join a game as every server had like 2-3 people. Then I found one that at 12 people but still missing 4 people. Then people started to leave... So I ended up playing Conquest, good thing we can unlock the things with different modes. I was disappointed as I really like the mode control...
0:38 They broke the jets. Pretty much any damage you take will disable your wings which means certain death.
Also, the stealth bomber is completely useless since it has no counters against infantry. There's zero reason to use it.
Doesn't the quick repair instantly fix part damage? Not tried jets since the update so this is a genuine question

I noticed when you're standing at the edge of smoke your thermal doesn't work looking out where there's no smoke
Hi CAD! I just want to say this. I played BF4 a little bit and Hardline more. I consider myself a very casual player with BATTLEFIELD. I purchased 2042 in early 2022 and have been playing since season 2 until now. I felt like noob at the beginning but thanks to your videos I learned a lot and got so much better at the game. Your channel is one of the best in terms of information regarding changes and Gameplay. Thank you and I will follow you until the next BF, hopefully I am still interested in gaming lol.
8:25 - Thank god, was so weird to me that this wasn't visible when in a game & since i only got the game from the latest sale i don't know half the weapons yet, need those stats to be able to make decent decisions haha. Wonder who makes such a weird design choice & why it has to take 2 years to fix lol.

The new game mode server seems to be broken at least on xbox. Asia servers. Yesterday no matter how many times I tried, it showed only me in the server lobby for the Control Unlocked mode. Cross-play was on.Though I could find a game in CQ Close Quarters and TDM. So I believe there's some issue with the Control Unlocked servers.
No more vault weapons is just so unacceptable
We got so many already though! What you should be frustrated with is that no other additional maps were added to portal from previous titles! (Bf3, bc2, bf1942)

You can play Conquest against AI. But only up to mastery 12 as usual.
@@TheCadWoman Yes, but it takes hours... for now, the respawn of vehicles is totally broken. So you need to restart the game if you blow your plane in co-op/solo.

I like the Dragur. Its pretty fun to fly, notwithstanding its very large AA vulnerability. Sadly, whenever a fun thing drops its hard to just enjoy it. Getting no servers to play with crossplay switched off, and with crossplay switched on the server performance is always super bad for me. In a PC only match I can always get a good KDR. In crossplay, my KDR is almost always close to equal because hit recognition, TTK, is so much worse. There is - again sadly - a big uptick in incredibly blatant cheaters as well, and they also seem to congregate more in crossplay servers. Really wish more PC players would turn that off.
idk about this new game mode 2 days now and can't find anything active unless it's with cheaters on pc. haven't seen lobby this empty on a mode since battlefield 3

I really like the new bomber, too. I don't like the AH nerfs but I agree that its not a massive impact. Just can't melt armor anymore. Gotta stick around for a few more seconds, which gives the enemy a slight chance to break me off.
My biggest complaint with BF2042 is not enough maps, particularly infantry maps. Ironic they introduce 2 super late in the game life cycle.

and part for these fools camos for the same guns, some weapons have 15 camo skins while others have maybe 5 skins, such bias all weapons, characters and vehicles should have the same amount
Glad to see no fix still for losing all input. Basically happens everytime i get on BF 2042 and has been happening since season 3. Mouse and keyboard will lock up only randomly coming back after a few minutes unless i kill the game through task manager. None of my other games have this issue. Dice and EA should focus on quality again.

I’m enjoying the game very much right now but I feel like I’m seeing a lot more suspicious players. Sadly though this game was doomed to be remembered as failure due to the horrible launch and 6 months of nearly no content.

I‘m honest. It’s my opinion. Just because yours is different doesn’t mean I‘m wrong or lying.
I still don't like this game. Glad they tried but all this work doesn't relay confidence in next title. Maybe they learned some, certainly seems they're using 2042 to test things for next game.
Just buggy as hell for me, weird beeping and jerky game play just unplayable, could be my graphics drivers as they are AMD i give up.
