As an Indian, we generally don't put garlic in vegetarian curries.... We mostly put garlic in veggie stir fries or indo-Chinese food or any meat/fish dish. Also, we don't put too much turmeric in veggie dishes or else it'll taste like turmeric only and you won't taste the chickpea. That being said, would love to taste it though😋

I watch and subscribe to this channel because I love that chef Andy showcases his cooking skills and love of cuisines by cooking different dishes from various cultures around the world for his wife/babe. He has also asked for meal requests from watchers of his channel. Anyone who doesn’t want to see that can watch someone or something else. If it’s not for you, then move on. There’s many of us who love to watch him whip it up in the kitchen
It’s always nice and refreshing to see people cooking curry but adding natural yogurt when you plate it up, that’s a tradition in my family we’ve had for so many generations. Glad others are getting onto the trend. Natural yogurt can make the rice and curry more creamy and delicate texture and give it a more mild flavour. Absolutely yummy to have when eating what I call Indian food, but there are many variations from different cultures.
What amazes me is that he always has ALL the ingredients needed for whatever dish his wife decides to have. In reality though, I wonder if his wife would throw a fit or just change her mind if he suddenly says: 'Yeah, but we ran out of miso for the soup you wanted.' 🤔😏😂
