That’s funny. I live south of Ottawa. I was out that way through Belleville into Peterborough last weekend for a hockey tournament. Beautiful country up that way.

Thanks for the vid! Looks like Y'all had a great weekend. Im guessing you made the no knead breat recipe thats all over the internet? I had that same oven and had success with that recipe. If you dont preheat the Dutch oven long enough you wont get the steam driven rise that makes that recipe work. Also my oven ran about 10 degrees cooler at the upper end. A cheap oven thermometer will tell ya if thats the case. Anyway, sorry for the unsolicited bread advice, Keep them coming!

You have beautiful gun,the finsh is really nice.i hope you get a deer to put in the freezer,I love a good venison sausage, or a good chili. How many acres do you have.Matt from Michigan 😊
