Welcome back! Last fall I planted 585 garlic and its finally time to start harvesting it. The garlic this season was so big that I was having a hard time harvesting it. Garlic will be available online in a few weeks once the curing process is complete! In the mean time, d...

With zucchini, you can freeze dry it and then shred it to powder (zucchini flour). Then add to bread recipe, makes it it better bread without flavor.

First off, nice video, I like anything outdoors and chainsaws. I've been cutting firewood for over 40 years and I've been an E.M.T. for 35 years with a volunteer rescue squad. I've seen accidental contacts between legs and chainsaws and every time when someone is not wearing chainsaw chaps the saw wins and the person looses. If you accidentally cut the femoral artery in a leg you can bleed out in less than three minutes and well I really don't want to say the rest. My advice is to invest in a good pair of chainsaw chaps. It's best to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. I sincerely wish you all good luck and enjoy life.

This is something I have experienced myself and scientifically proved. Whenever you're out in your Garden, ALWAYS be totally barefoot because our soles love and deserve that freedom. They love to feel various textures of soil between their toes. Apart from n it's very healthy to be barefoot outside. Take for example two plants, one grown inside a pot and tge other grown in Nature. However much you water and use fertilizer, it never looks as healthy as the latter. This is simply because the roots have a limited space to stread and the Nurishment too is the same. The soles of our feet are like the roots of a tree. When you're not barefoot that natural process is obstructed. Our soles are designs to absorb things which are essential to lead a healthy lifestyle. However, use of footwear deprives this process. Apart from that there are a large number of Sensors / Nerve endings on the soles of our feet, which connects from head to toe. When we walk on Sand, Gravel and Tiny Stones /Pebbles,our entire body gets stimulated through these sensors. Once again Footwear deprives this natural process. So, go barefoot always for good health and happy feet and soles.

I highly recommend the Jackery solar power generator system as a back up. For one thing it's portable. For your indoor composting toilet get a grow mat and set it on that the jackery would be perfect for that and keep it from freezing. We have the 1000 model but for you I would suggest the 2000 pro. Also you should look into the Sun Mar composting toilet. Doesn't require water or electricity and can handle a family of 4 plus quite nicely and bring your toilet needs in doors year around.
