It's a physical card, gives a US number that some platforms accept.

Yes. I use it for OTPs on sites that need a US number for you to register or use.
I don't recommend using it for data. Way cheaper to use local data

Platforms like PayPal are always trying to close such loopholes.

Yes I did. The Numero app does give you a number for lower cost and instantly.
Only problem is some numbers were used before, so you might have an issue with that

No, Numero is an app. Everything done in the app. So no eSim

Hi, please confirm if you use it to activate Google voice. Because now, new Google voice update requires actual existing USA number to verify. No virtual number or VoIP will work.
If you can, do use it to open a PayPal account also. This confirms everything that any OPT is unlocked:)

It's a US number. I used it for quite a bit before I got another US number.
Only reason I got another was I missed a few monthly subscription payments
