Love your commentary on this and found your choices really interesting. I cautiously agree about Slayer. To me they seem more like a "vibe" than a music group (if that makes any sense at all). Motley Crue are definitely overrated IMHO - a kind-of self-publicity machine. Bush went right past me without hardly bothering me. Maybe because (here in Australia) Green Day is not shoved down my throat regularly, I have an abiding love for "American Idiot". Pink Floyd and Queen are really over-exposed, and therefore I sympathize with your views on them. Thanks for passing on your "hated" list.
I even saw Pink Floyd in 1994 in Philadelphia, but without their light show, the music isn't terribly compelling and FM rock radio bludgeoned their stuff into oblivion for me. Totally with you on Queen. Never got the appeal. I just don't like their sound and never have. I do, however, like your Rush - Fly By Night t-shirt though.
Can't come up with ten, I only listen to music on my own and haven't listened to the radio for over twenty years so my music listening is very insular, I only hear music that I like, haha. But I can come up with a couple right off the top of my head: Pearl Jam, The Cars, Rammstein and Grateful Dead. Throw in The Band and southern rock like Lynyrd Skynyrd (that song called Freebird is such a snoozer!) and that's about it, really. But as I said, I am not familiar with some of the bands you named like Bush, that's stuff for millennials and I'm a Gen Xer, and not even American but from Scandinavia 😉 I'm not a huge Queen fan but you did proceed to name several songs that I do love by the band, lol. Pink Floyd is great, again, not a top favourite band in terms of the entire discography, but certainly an album like Wish You Were Here is in my top three of all times!

I'm a huge Pink Floyd fan but sorry to say I'm not a fan of Bon Jovi. Yeah, unfortunately Bon Jovi would probably make my list of 10 least favorites.

Kiss is at the top of my list, late 80s and beyond Aerosmith is annoying, 70s stuff was good. Def Leppard after pyromania is just awfil. Poison is pretty bad. Cant stand most of the u 2 catalog. I dont hate foo fighters but its not great music in my ears and mind, pretty bland and predictable. The hip hop/ rap crap is just awful. Motley crue had some fun songs but yeah... not great. Love rush, all stages and sounds even hold your fire and presto. .. test for echo probably my least favorite.
