I have a few big name Klon style pedals, and a few Demonfx pedals including this one. I won't get into the "trade dress" wars. Yes, they are copying both circuits and looks and other companies are too, and people can make their own judgements. I'll just say the Demonfx pedals I own are very well built and sound good. This one does what I want which is the proverbial "more" boost, as well as low gain overdrive. You have demonstrated it's characteristics very well.
