"The Budget King" here- Credit where it's due; THANK YOU SO MUCH for using an ACTUAL clean tone, AND for showing that clean tone before you began demoing the pedal! And for actually DEMONSTRATING what people can expect this pedal to sound like! I know that sounds stupid, but SO many RUclipsrs seem to be FAR more concerned with getting "Sick Tonez, bruh!" Comments than giving an accurate representation of the gear they're supposed to be demoning... Well done, killer playing, and the sounds were great too, hoss...
YES! most are running through several other pedals, a cab sim or whatever and showing off rather than demonstrating the SOUND (which is what we’re all after) of the pedal. Hopefully that doesn’t come across as a negative comment because there really is too many of those everywhere. Thanks for the Video man 🤘🏽🤠🎸
I have the demonfx and the real JHS ones of these pedals. They are close but not the same. The JHS one has a darker more muddy sound than the d/fx pedal. The d/fx pedal has a more glassy sparkle to it that give notes and chords a more defined clarity over the JHS one. I did a full review on Sweetwater for my purchase but after a while now I still don't see it. I don't knock the JHS pedal but only state what I hear between them. With a $50-60 price shipped for the d/fx one and a $230 shipped price for the JHS one it's a no brainer. I have had my d/fx pedal for a year now and with 75+ hrs of play time it still works and sound as good as the day I got it.
I'm not sure actually! I borrowed this a long while ago from a friend for a week. So I can't say for sure what it's like using it for the long run, sorry.
I review gear under the name "Budget King", and if you're lookin for a killer Mesa-In-A-Box type pedal, I highly recommend Mosky's T.W. pedal which is based on the Wampler Triple Wreck. It costs about $50 (like this pedal) and it's the best Mesa style pedal that I've found so far. Not to brag but I've got over 100 pedals and like I said, I review 'em, so I've tried a bunch, and it IS killer, but fair warning; The built-in Boost function ISN'T very good IMHO, but otherwise, it's awesome!
I’ve been looking over 30 years! For the perfect recto box and they all suck. I will try this Mosky TW!!!! Only thing I haven’t tried is the New MB pack for TONEX. I’m also torn between these; Two notes Le Lead Nux Metal Core Mk2 Kappa Doom ISP Theta Preamp Tc ampworx Dual Wreck Caline Red Devil Seth Morrison 2716 Midvalley Fx Peaks v2 and V3 TONEX Mesa pack Ibanez SM7 Dr. Boogie and clones… Boogie Master Joyo Anything that’s says American or Cali and The Boss IR2. You can’t put a patent on a circuit. The only thing they could sue them for is if they felt the look of the pedal was fooling somebody into thinking this was an actual jhs pedal.
@@SrirachaSamson Thanks for your response! I'm looking for a modern and tight metal tone with a lot of articulation and definition. I think it sounds really tight in your video and note definition is pretty good. Gear Gods use an Angry Charlie in a metal pedal board video and as far as i know the AT and the Angry Charlie are the same so i was wondering bir this would be a cheao alternative

fantastic and the price is more than affordable. Thanks to Demonfx for offering those amazing tones at a low price.

Yes all these big company including guitar amp are all taxing every one. It's all a big money making racket. Yes this at+ demon is great for $50
You had the pedal one year and only practice 75 hours. No offence but you need at least 1000 hours per year bro get good

man, I was so curious about these. Thanks!
Merci pour la démo.
have you tried another booster in front of this pedal? Man it's a killer tone very marshall British style, old school rock
I was asked to demo this pedal by a local store that I know, I no longer own it unfortunately. I gotta find myself one again though!
Amazon sells this pedal and Alliexpress
What store in China Asked You that?
Dude are these pedals noisy or have a crappy footswitch? I wanna try their timmy od clone. Do you think they are worthy for a gig pedalboard?

How are they not getting sued... I don't get it.
))))fuck gibson guitars)))))
I think after 5 years it's open season.
JHS probably just doesn't care honestly. It wouldn't surprise me if they still sell more of the og units than this probably sells.

Wow!
Amazing tone! Do you think it can do metal?
It can cover 80s metal and such, but it really depends! What kind of sound are you going for?
