- GLADIATOR BODY DAY 2 BREAKDOWN:
•10 minute jump rope to warmup
•Tabata 10 rounds of pulsing squats
•20 rounds of 30 seconds of work/30 seconds of rest, hammer curls and overhead press with 2, 10lbs dumbbells (hammer curls 1st round, overhead press 2nd round etc.)
•10 minutes of free flow shadowboxing to end

Love the workouts especially the calisthenics and cardio portion. The shadow boxing I really wanna do but I don't have experience in proper techniques. One day, I'll join a boxing gym.
For the boxing parts you could go back to jumping rope or do some running/burpees/ any type of cardio movement

Love the newest challenge! I’d love to be able to do a squat with flat feet. Overtime I’ve forgotten how to squat. I either basically sit or lay down, when squatting I always need to go toes down heels up
It takes time brother. On this program we will be doing a lot of bodyweight squats so you’ll definitely get into the groove of it again

Btother, day 2 done. Did you build your body with this kind of training or do you also lift weights? 2nd question, how many hours do you train per day. Keep up the good work, ready for day 3
I did lift weights about 6 years ago but it wasn’t anything like bodybuilding. Mostly light weights for reps to build endurance. I always did bodyweight work. Everything that I’m going to show on this program is all that I used to build me up.
