Yes! The most minimalistic approach in training and fitness has always been the best thing for me. Shadowboxing is meditative and therapeutic for me once the flow state gets initiated. I still lift weights but after I have this fourth baby, I’m diving back to more primal, calisthenics dominant movement.

Day 3 done. Squat hold was quite a burn but made sure to pause the clock whenever I had a few seconds rest. Shadowboxing felt good. Getting better.
Bout to do them 2 sets of 500 jump and jacks and 2 sets of 10 minutes of freestyle punching and 300 crunches and let you know if I was able to complete it champ. New challenge. I believe to be in shape let’s find out.
