Best physique I've ever had has been built by eating normally (no bulking, no cutting) and simply being consistent with bodyweight workouts. You don't need protein powders and gym memberships to look and, more importantly, feel good.

I use to do this when I was practicing boxing. The main reason was to lose weight and gain endurance. Let me be honest, this workout is difficult and it takes immense motivation to get to the level of consistency.
But it's equally rewarding indeed as I realize that it retunes the metabolism on whole. Meaning, the body builds more muscles and less fat from what it consumes.
Best of luck and stay motivated folks!

I just came across your video seen the workout you was doing and immediately subscribed. Brought back memories when I was in my early 20s always out partying with the guys and gals I let myself go, blew up to 240ish lb from 145 lb. Long story short, I got tired of being fat and wanted to get fit again, but without a gym membership or any equipments I was stuck with doing push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, and mixing it up with jump ropes and or a 3 mile run every single day for 3 years even after I had reached my target weight.
It was hard at first only able to do about 7 reps of each, but I kept at it I was determined. 6 months later I was 90 lbs lighter and hitting a thousand reps push-ups, sit-ups 10 sets of 100 reps like it was nothing.
Now at 42 years old married with 4 kids and weighting about 220ish lbs I've been lacking that drive to get fit again, but your video just lit that fire in me and has given me that motivation I've been needing so thank you man!

I've always shadowboxed and jump-roped, pullups, pushups, but the kettlebells are a new one for me. After 2 weeks at one weight, I feel I'm ready to bump it up 5 lbs more, but it's getting expensive buying these things. I'm currently at 45 lbs, with a goal to reach 65 lbs, which would be 40% of my body weight at 165 at 6'2." In October 2022, I weighed 202lbs but got COVID which dropped me 15 lbs then I switched to carnivore which dropped me another 5 lbs, then I started fasting which dropped me another 10-15 lbs. The more I fast, the more I drop, and the stronger/faster/higher stamina I get.

What can I use to replace this and will it produce as much results as bodyweight rows or will there be a difference and what would that be? If it produces less results would it be less by a small margin as in slightly less or a lot less?

Inspiring.. I ll do my first set of exercise first thing tomorrow..
Still in good shape for a 42 years old, I ve practiced à lot of free riding surfing playing football etc.. with just like the most of you many injuries into the process..
These exercises you suggest look perfect to me to rehab and rebuild my body..
    Love bro

This is an inspirationally great bodyweight regiment! Love the shortened ROM bursts which keep constant tension on effected muscle, that is a powerful and very effective strategy. Stamina and functional training emphasis. This would make for an excellent prison/jailhouse routine. Good stuff

Great workout. Wish I had seen this when I was a young man. I remember starting to incorporate skipping into my karate training years ago. I was surprised at how difficult it was to be light on my feet and natural. It was tiring and I played soccer so that tells you something. This guy has boxing background and I wish I met a guy like him when I was young to learn from. Impressive. This workout can be done almost anywhere.
