I'd give EVERYTHING ON EARTH to see the original material of this movie. There's also another trailer that shows 2 deleted clips. But i had never seen this one on the stairss. THIS MOVIE IS ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!
It is a real shame they don'y have the deleted scenesavailable. I remember seeing two scenes when the film was being promoted: 1) Darcy and Bingley in a carriage - seeing a woman (Jane) riding in the pouring rain 2) Lizzy looking out of the window at Netherfield seeing Darcy after he had got off his horse and either takinfg a drink from a pump or dousing wetting his face or head. Then Lizzy turns to Jane and asks to that they leave. Sometimes I wonder if I dreamt the scenes.
up to my knowledge, they deleted 18 scenes! I read the script -including those scenes- Some of them were truly unnecessary, but most of them were just lovely!
i am so sad! i have the DVD and there are no deleted scenes or added bonus :( let's all start a campaign to have them release a director's cut with deleted scenes!
Es increible la cantidad de escenas eliminadas de Orgullo y Prejuicio que hay por ahí, es injusto que no podamos acceder a ellas. Deberían haberlas incluido en el dvd o en una edición especial, ojala pudiera verlas, que tirria me entra. Si alguien las tiene, por favor que sea amable y las suba. Las austenianas se lo agradeceran:)
@marielgm22 Thank you for your comment! That´s a TV spot.I´ve been searching too but I´m hopeless,recently the blue-ray edition was released and there are no deleted scenes.I long to see those scenes too!!! But I don´t even know if they were filmed or just on the script.

Why must american trailers include all that trite and vaguely ridiculous narration? it seems to spoil the tone of the clips for me. Anyway, thanks for posting - its always interesting to see bits that didnt make the final edit :)
@stubornbutterflygrl He might be terrified by horses but he is riding a lot lately (Robin Hood,The three musketeers....).We should put pressure on producer to release those scenes.It´s so unfair!! The real fans deserve it.

is this video altered? Cause how come theres piano music playing during the stair scene instead of the other song playing throughout? Thanks a lot for posting this vid! Wish they didnt delete any at all =(

It was probably after this scene on the stairs that Lizzie stood in the semi-darkness at the ball so dreamy!

@AnneDarcy Gracias. La calidad no es muy buena pero creo que tiene interés ya que no nos han dado la oportunidad de ver casi ninguna escena inédita.
