We like watching you turn. We pick up tips/tricks all the time. You're actually my most active patreon guy. Well worth it.

      Thank you Paul,
I love what I’m sharing on Patreon. It’s fun to have people to share with who are interested in the non-turning things I’m doing.
      Regards,
      Bob

I like to watch you turn even if you have no new techniques to share. Repetition is helpful. And remember, not everyone watching has seen all of your older uploads. Keep them coming, please.

I just started turning pens last May. I have watched many of your videos. I have learned a lot from you. I even rewatch certain ones just to get some of the details correct. I'm glad I subscribed to your channel.

I haven’t made a video yet on the Tips & Tricks. There are a couple videos that are Patreon only in the archives.

Thanks for another video update. I agree that continuing to post the same techniques is not a good idea. Viewers could easily lose interest. That said, I have followed your channel for several years and noticed how you have changed your approach to pen turning in several areas. It might be cool to do a video that shares how you turned at the beginning and why you have moved on to other approaches. With that video you could show clips from earlier videos and juxtapose them with clips from more recent ones, using a voice over to explain the changes. Blessings, Glen

      Thank you Glen,
Nice idea, I need to figure out how to share all the tips from my presentation and this is a possible option.

      Bob

Those are some fun projects, Bob. I can't wait for MATE, but I have a lot of work to do for that show.

Be aware that Lexan is polycarbamate, and is easily damaged by acetone, turns white becomes brittle and cracks. Ethanol is safe.

For something different, you could turn a carpenters pencil.

I was looking at the kit today. I just need to get back in the turning groove.
