Very beautiful but with some oddities like the refrigerator in a separate room. And the kitchen sink is on the opposite side. Windows are nice but more privacy is needed. Not sure how to perform maintenance on the ceiling lights above the fireplace.

Sink on opposite side, could be if your children are outside to see them, but also to keep clutter from being seen directly. The fridge in the prep kitchen is a good idea as well for dinner parties.

I would, but I would like to see more Integrity Homes products. Are they building more homes in this community. I expect the house will sell for $1.395 million, and the house would sell for that 1.395 in Charlotte.

Agree… looks clean! If I decide to build my next house, the sink will be on the side as well🤩
Not practical or useful to not have a functioning island. If you want to chop and clean vegetables while cooking you have to walk to other side where the dirty dishes are? Makes no sense. Not everything has to be changed.

@@RutkowskiRobert respectfully disagree. It’s not an issue if you don’t cook. Most importantly at $1.5 million why lessen the functionality of a kitchen. I wouldn’t mind the layout if it was a starter home and you get what you get. $1.5 million- it’s called basic standards my friend. Great video work btw.

1.5mil and the door don't open properly 13:00. Some very questionable design decisions have been made here, form over function in most cases.

Overpriced!
We will see. There is no such overpriced property… I sold many “overpriced” homes - The property is worth as much as someone is willing to pay. The only problem is it’s financing- banks will always try to decrease the value, but no problem if it’s a cash buyer - and we have them more often these days.
