The song is about the solidarity of the band. Rammstein only exists in this formation. The band actually almost broke up in 2002 after filming "MUTTER". But they have taken therapy sessions and are stronger and better than ever. Normally they always want the videos to support the songs, but with HAIFISCH they wanted to do exactly the opposite.
HAIFISCH is a metaphor. He is one of the biggest predators and many are afraid of him. He is lonely and alone, crying, but no one sees his tears as they flow into the sea, that's why the sea is salty.. Sometimes when you're asked how you're doing, you're quick to say that everything is fine, even though it's quite the opposite.

Rammstein's strength comes from the unity of the band members. Here we apparently see Till's funeral and the fallout of his supposed death. If the six are not together as a unit, the unit falls apart. The mistrust behind and the each suspect one another of having done away with Till using past official videos to show how. Suspicion grows to the point where they can't even be in each other's company and the fighting breaks out and they eventually discover they've been conned by Till who is living the good life in Hawaii.
Haifisch is German for shark btw. On the gravestone, there's a message which says " endlich allein", " alone at last". Till's real life grandson appears in the video as the little boy near the coffin. Rammstein have actually performed the Beautiful People with Marilyn Manson at possibly the Echo Awards but I might be wrong about the venue of the performance. Either way, they know each other and have been friends.

The boys accuse each other of killing Till. Everyone would have a grung. The producer Jörn Heitmann replayed sequences from older videos and put them together. First Oliver accuses the drummer Christoph (excerpt from the official music video "DU HAST"), then Richard is accused in the video "OHNE DICH", then Paul is accused in the video "SONNE" (Till dressed as Snow White, who spanks Paul. Then Olli is accused in the video "AMERIKA" and finally Flake for the video "KEINE LUST" (he was the only one who was thin in the video. This is not the real Marilyn Manson, but the band is friends with him and had a performance with him at the music award Echo 2012

yes that’s Marilyn Manson. But it’s just a picture. They know him in real life. And the people they are trying to replace Till with are James Hetfield and Henry Rollins. And there’s 2 women because Till is like that, not a faithful type. These are scenes from their other videos where he is being murdered instead of what really happened in them.
