He didn’t plan to be doing this, he was a maker like all of us, that was improvising with DIY tools which ended up being so innovative and well designed, that he launched a successful kickstarter. This is a great video, thank you. Even though I'd designed attachments for my trim router to do all the operations I've needed, RUclips has been an invaluable resource for learning. RUclips has helped me figure out how to do specific operations with a router, among those videos I came across USSA's jig. I was so impressed, I backed the project. I've been using my new router base, and this video helps communicate the more advanced features. Thanks. This is by far the best router attachment ever.
Backed this and the fit and finish of everything is amazing. Haven't had a chance to use it yet but I am looking forward to it. Great video explaining the features.

Привет! Попробуй печать капролоном (нейлон/полиамид) - 1 кг нити где-то $20-30, у нас из него на производстве почти все гарнитуры к станкам, в фарме используется повсеместно, химстойкий и прочный
It's a really cool and versatile accessory, and it would be really nice to have it, although I find it hard to spend more on an accessory than on the tool itself.
Got my MTRJ002 today. It's a bummer that the centering jig hole is made too big (7mm instead of 1/4"). My quick workaround is to put a heat shrink tube on the pin. Also, there is no printed manual for MTRJ002 and the current PDF one is of subpar quality (rasterized instead of vector). My general impression is that although overall very impressive, in some regards this product either is or is coming close to being excessively over the top, yet at the same time the super fancy case has a freaking zipper which I'm pretty sure is doomed to fail (I have already jammed it once). Update after using it for a real work: this thing needs perfect surfaces to glide on, otherwise prepare for scratches and jumpy movement - there are way too many sharp edges on the bottom side. Also, none of the polycarbonate parts has square edges. I'm so disappointed I've ordered another, more humble router jig.
I've got one, read the manual, watched this video, but I still don't really understand how the ruler works on it. I guess after you set the slide you adjust the ruler to somewhere that's convenient and then use that as reference if you need to adjust the slide?
Wouldn’t have known about this piece of kit if you hadn’t shown it in this video. Looks worth investigating. Just hope the postage and taxes don’t kill the deal. Cheers 😉
