I grew up in north Texas during the 1950s. During the summers I often spent a couple weeks at a time staying with my grandparents who lived near Lake Whitney. I will never forget my grandfather's advice on pocketknives. He recommended Case knives.

I actually have one of those 600, 3 knife sets. Super cool to learn about it! It was either bought by or gifted to my ladys Grandfather and is now in our hands. Super cool to have a piece of case and smkw history!
