I had ST springs on my 86 Merc Cougar back in 90 with Bilstein heavy duty shocks. That car was a beast with the fuel injected 5.0 and a total sleeper in charcoal grey with a light gray vinyl top. It crushed it off the line and hit hard in the corners. That was the car I learned to race in at Mid Ohio Sports Car Course. It was a drift car before drifting was cool.

Just bought some used ST's for my E92 today. Also found new rear shocks for $60 shipped on ebay. WIN.

I confirmed with a sales rep from KW that the strut in the ST is the same as in the KW 1
Same here. Apparently the main difference was "paint"

I just got st coilovers, and the main thing that bothers me is that they don't really go that low 🥺
St is hands down the o ly cheapest set of coilovers any one should buy. Nothing compares to bilstein pss10 kwv3 and ohlins though.

Thought my used bmw had stock suppension and was hesitant to switch to coilovers because of the ride quality but turns out I’ve had st suspension on the whole time 😅😂❤, just gotta slam her 😈
The sad part is that the ajustable ring is made of plastic and that they doesn’t go that low
