You called for the Germans and here I am.
Its pronounced Bilstein. Easy as that. Bil, like everbody know how to pronounce Bil and then ST AHHH II NN.
Easy as that.
I'm also german and it grinds my gears how American's pronounce it 🙄
I'm an American that speaks German and lives around people that consistently butcher pronunciation. It hurts my earrrrs.
Bilstein is just Tein with expensive Bills.
Bil-stah-hin?
The irony is that the German language is extremely easy to read/pronounce. There are about 10 rules and a few weird vocals and no exceptions.
Running Bilstein 5100's on my Frontier and Koni's on my Terminator. Both have served me well. Keep up the good work on the videos guys.

Hi there, I suppose I'm kind of late, but I'm looking to replace the entire weary supension with 144 k mi. on my VW CC Sport. I was wondering, if I should go for the yellow performance upgrade, or if the regular "black" and about 50 % of the cost version would perform similar?
Finally! My 2017 Subaru BRZ runs on my Bilstein B14 Coilovers. Love the drive everyday on them
Ty was looking for this comming in a week.

How are bilstein b8 with h&r spring? Is it worth it?
I have an 08 Subaru Legacy with stock suspension. The upgraded "STi" version of my car came with Bilstein shocks. Mine would be perfect with a set of them on it.
I have had great luck with them and the quality. I have Eibach sport springs with Bilstein Sport struts on my daily. Probably a bit firm for some but makes the car have less body role in the corners. For my project car I have Bilstein Club Sports. Just because race car!
Ayyeeeee! I've got Eibach lowering springs with Skunk2 shocks and struts on a 2012 Civic Si!
Are these really good suspension cause I would like to install them on my 86 Monte Carlo SS an if so where can I buy them an how much do they cost
Quality products from a great company! However to install the coils on your ride is another story as it varies on location and who does it!
Budget life on both of my cars; daily MK6 Jetta and NA Miata for the weekends equipped with Racelands
The old school bilsteins my buddy put in his 83 gti, way back in 1992 or so still work nicely.
they’ve been on numerous cars and passed around to a few different friends and used on their cars.

Got Blistein-made FSPORT suspension of my 3IS. Money well spent!
bilstein shocks came standard on the 2008 anniversary rx8 and the difference is night and day from my dads 2010 stock rx8
Hi, how do i tell the shock is a real bilstein or fake. And if you have link on eBay or amazon i can buy through please let me know otherwise i can use available sources.
I’m looking to get some good level OEM or OEM+ for my 96 tacoma for good off and on road terrain but don’t know what to go for. I’m hearing 5100’s are solid.
Currently stock suspension but just bought some Silver Neomax coilovers for my 08 sti
Can y’all do a history on eibach shocks? I’d really like to see that
Great suggestion!!
Got h&r race springs with factory VW dampers and i gotta say it's a really solid setup with pretty good fitment considering how simple, cheap and easy it is. Not tucking tire but only 1 finger Gap all around and a nice little bit of rake it looks mint on the mkv Jetta ;D
Rocking the blown rear shocks and Megan Racing front struts with Tein lowering springs
I’m running Bilstein PSS10’s on my B8.5 S4 and I’m about to install a custom/home brew Bilstein Sport Shock/Bilstein coilover sleeve/Swift linear rate spring setup on my B7 A4 Avant. Bilstein all the way!

hey does anyone know if fitment industries deliver to australia
Tyre smoke Tv Yes! Send an email to wheels@fitmentindustries.com for a shipping quote!
They're a pretty cool company and they make really cool parts. They have a super cool factory / development site in Ohio where they make a ton of their stuff now and partner with some pretty big names. They sponsor my universities mini Baja and formula car teams.
Everyone pronounces it wrong
Thyssenkrupp is pronounced like tiss-in-krupp kinda and Bilstein is pronounced like bill-stine
link does not work
I was using bilstein B8 plus einfach spring together they call it B12 set on my F20 BMW. The high speed compress and rebound dampening was set too high. Very bumpy on the not very good road conditions. For Highway it’s ok, but cannot survive from the pothole
I’m running d2 coils on my e36
Running OEM GM springs on 2015 Astra Sedan like a madman 😎
So funny...now you made videos of all my suspension componens and wheels... Bilstein shocks, Eibach Federn and OZ-wheels
I'm a new subscriber and I have a question. I about to purchase a Ford Explorer Sport and I want to put some aftermarket rims on it. I'm watching your video, " the Truth about Bilstein Suspension". Can you please tell me who makes the two red rims over the right shoulder of the host on your video, Also can I put them on a Ford Explorer? I like both on them, but I'm leaning towards the black face with the red lip. Hope to hear from you. Great channel! Been binging on it.
Those are Forged Series ESR wheels which can be found on their website! Secondly I do not believe those will fit.
I have custom Bilsteins on a classic Plymouth and they are absolutely top notch. Love German engineering
How is the ride on those? I am thinking of putting them on my 79 ranchero.
@@Bloodymononoke39 they are the best shocks I've ever put on a classic but to be fair ive never tried the QA1 stuff and I hear they make an absolutely great product as well. Interesting side note, I managed the service center at Motorcar Studio in Atlanta (worth googling) and we handled a lot of classic Porsches as well as a wide variety of classics, vintage race cars. I was introduced to the quality of Bilsteins because a lot of the Porsches were fitted with them. I decided to try to mix a little German engineering with American muscle to outfit my '74 Duster for "underground" cannonball runs. I was happy about my choice of shocks to say the least. To be fair tho, I am running a super unique heavily modified torsion bar setup that takes corners flat at 100mph. My setup is not only stiff but it is wildly different than what most racers would do (coil-overs/mustang II clip)
@@Bloodymononoke39❤❤❤l
The Bilstein PSS9s were phenomenal on my Audi. My R32 is on H&R premiums however, as none of the Bilstien Coilovers for the R32 go low. Can’t really go wrong with either company.
Stock m sport suspension on my f30 i might get the Bilstein B12 pro kit
My 2012 e63 has Monroe for its strut system. Rear is airmatic
I’m running cut springs suspension with almost blown shocks on my 97 Toyota Tercel....I’m not kidding
Bilstein vs. Sachs.....is there a difference? Is one better?
I’m running BC Racing BR series coils
Man I was hype for this one.
As for my car and suspension.
I drive a 2004 Toyota RAV4 with pretty much stock suspension. It was a hand me down but I love it anyway.
Planning on putting on H&R Lowering springs and Bilstein shocks. I’d switch to coilovers but I don’t think any company makes decent coilovers for 14 year old mom SUVs
I asked, you delivered.
Thanks!
😇
my 2018 pro4x has factory Bilstein's, want to upgrade to 6112s in the front and , 5160s in the rear.
Ted Resets that’d be a badass setup. I’ve run 5100s and 5160s on a couple of my vehicles and it’s always a great improvement
Good video ALEX SCOTT
Still not a video on Varrstoen.....
I'm running OEM, wait for it... BILSTEINS!
I would love to see you guys do Whiteline suspension
Bmr lowering springs on my 2011 camaro ss... Getting coils soon
I am trying to figure out what affordable shocks I need for my truck which is why I started watching your video. But I can't afford high end shocks..
My grandpa’s ‘95 land cruiser had bilstein front and back, it’s literally still kicking and going strong, he installed the bilsteins on ‘97
Now if only they made shocks for a 2008 Ford Crown Victoria P71…
But really, I’ve had them on other vehicles, and I swear by them. Best shocks I’ve ever had, period.
Been awhile since I did an aftermarket suspension! Rocking stock for awhile on the 14' accord sport! 😂 my 95 civic coupe was eibach linear springs with tickico blue's! Sorry for any misspelling! 😂 great handling but man if you hit a small pot 🕳 or crappy asphalt, you felt it!
