    Love these workouts, Amy! You're so sweet and positive. Now that I'm 50 and I may have arthritis your workouts allow me to keep my tone and muscle!

    I loved this workout. I am putting it in my save for later so that I can repeat it. Thank you for the warning on what weight to use. I was going to start with 5 lbs but after listening to your intro I grabbed my 3 lbs. I love the “ extend” analogy! Good one! Thank you, again!

    Wow, I never dreamed 5lb weights could get so heavy lol. I loved the slow controlled extensions. It was such a great workout and I did the isometric core workout you posted from last week afterwards. Another excellent workout. I'm wondering, what's your personal weekly workout routine look like? I know you said you do the yoga with Adrian everyday. Thanks for always posting such awesome and unique content. 😊

      Hi Kristi!!! Hahaha! 5 lbs going sloooo is TOUGH!! Well my week of fitness is, cardio… power walking, jogging, elliptical 6 days a week. My RUclips videos, yoga daily, stretching daily, and recently getting into meditation… I was a cardioholic for years… obsessed!!! Not healthy, now I show up and listen to my body!!! I feel my best at 48 years young! ❤️

      @@AmysBeachFitness thanks for the response. You look amazing and definitely no where close to 48! I'm 42 and used to be a cardioholic too.. As I've entered into my 40's I've had to change up my routine for more low impact joint friendly cardio. I love to incorporate strength training, pilates, barre, essentrics, and I walk daily as well into my exercise regimen. I'm just sooo glad I found your channel. It's really been effective at challenging my body in new ways with exercises that I can perform with little to no modification. I know these videos take a lot of effort and planning, but they are very much appreciated. 😁
