X7 would be easy choice. The Escalade and this look so awkward and dumpy on the road. Escalade sits like 3" too high in its fender arches and this looks like Homer designed the exterior.
IDK the X7 isn't exactly pretty either. Has that Long hood look going for it. Like the BMW Z3. Some may like it, I personally think it is a ugly design choice. But the roundedness of it really gives it that hatchback look rather than large SUV look. A Large SUV should be a ultra comfy ride, not some sport centric design. But there must be a market for that. Biggest downfall of X7 is the bland interior and mediocre infotainment system. Not really where I'd want to be on a long roundtrip as a passenger.
I wish that they had upgraded the Hemi’s with aluminum blocks and direct-injection, 500Hp, about 50 pounds less and one more MPG in a vehicle like this would have been a win-win-win situation and would have given the Grand Wagoneer an even larger power advantage over the Escalade and Navigator.
One of the things I find interesting about the Grand Wagoneer is that it still has a 3 year/36K mile warranty, but is competing against luxury brands that have far better warranties. They are going with the Genesis model of valet service, which is great, so you don't ever have to visit a crappy Jeep dealer for maintenance, but Genesis also offers a 5 year/60K mile warranty. All the rest of the competition offers 4 yr/50K mile warranties. Seems like a huge oversight to offer a non-luxury warranty on a vehicle that competes with luxury brands.

I just drove the new Escalade 1000km. Because I drove a Lincoln Navigator L before, I was impressed by how well the Escalade chassis filters out vibrations. The option priced at $100,000+ is still Escalade I think. Also, should be looking forward to the 2023 Escalade V?
It's still a GM product though. So pretty much the worst class of American Made Vehicles. Only thing that will last is the motor, everything else is a constant cycle of break and replace.
Could be worse, could have bought a BMW X7. By far a more ugly suv with an outdated interior. This jeep will still be running with 350K on the clock... Like pretty much any American Truck. They should have went to the RAM department for exterior styling. Interior is by far best in class and even compared to more expensive options. You couldn't find a better SUV as a family hauler, and the choice to use FireTV for the rear info system is just super smart. I don't hate the front, but I really dislike the rear and window trim.
@@halo37253 Im sorry but the BMW X7 & Mercedes GLS are the leading Full Size SUVs in the market right now. This thing competes with the other american full size SUVs, but def not against the germans in terms of handling and material quality, and lets not even metion the Wagoneers 9 mpg, which is one of the worst in the current automotive industry right now. And lets be real, the people buying these cars, dont keep them for more than 3 years, so from that perspective, there is no point in even considering the long term costs.
Ah the humble SUMini-van. Interior looks awesome, love the wood. Exterior is a no for me dawg. The old one just has something visually this is missing.
Oof that two tone ‘floating roof’ contrasting with the body color makes this thing look pretty awful. The chrome surrounding the windows also doesn’t help the situation either.🤮🤮 Looking at pictures online, it looks so much better and classier in black

The option priced at $100,000+ is still Escalade I think. Also, should be looking forward to the 2023 Escalade V?
I want a hatch window that opens. Pipers should demand this. You have the power
Good job guys and you’re before Doug!!
Doug’s got that Mormon white shirt sticking out thing going on…. And he’s boring.
I've been waiting for this one and I don't even have a family to lug around in that monstrosity.
Insane how quickly they glossed over the BEST feature which is the legendary McIntosh sound system…
You've driven one with the McIntosh audio system? How fortunate you are....or you're a liar.
I don't think Jeep has ever made a good-looking vehicle, but this is just a new level, damn.
Wow, bringing it back in style. Love you guys.
Escalade is laughing at this 🤣
It actually isn't. The Esco doesn't look good either. It was better the last iteration... They took the balls out it now
@@LIL-MAN-THE-OG 😂ya ok
The Escalade looks awesome. In fact, most of the new Cadillacs look great. This Wagoneer though is pretty awful looking.
Just doesn't look luxury. At $100k buyers are buying the look.
It's still a GM product though. So pretty much the worst class of American Made Vehicles. Only thing that will last is the motor, everything else is a constant cycle of break and replace.
Cadillac has a unique look like nothing else on the road. I like that.
#1: Escalade, JUST for super cruise and that OLED dash
#2: Grand Wagoneer
#3: Navigator
I know people are knocking the looks, but I kind of like it’s unique quirkiness. Very much like the original Wagoneer.
They will sell MANY of these!
Jacob really rocking that dad bod
I still say that this needs the wood paneling
Imagine having 100k and spending them on a Jeep lol
Trackhawks were going around that price. Those sold pretty decently.
@@danegerous24 yea “track hawks “ not this ugly ducking
At least we know the guy that designed the Chrysler Aspen still has a job. That’s one ugly SUV
The original was so so much nicer
Amazing review guys, wasn't expecting to see an in-depth of the Wagoneer so soon.
dude this speaks to my midwestern soul so goshdarn hard, you betcha I love it's looks
So how long you think it will take for them to drop a hellcat engine in it and call it the hell wagon lol
The Demoneer lol.
8:53 Ayo, who mans is this?
I love this Jeep I would def get it over the Escalade and Navigator. Love it.
Hmm… not enough screens.
I could use one on the fuel door to watch RUclips while I’m filling the tank.
Ah the humble SUMini-van. Interior looks awesome, love the wood. Exterior is a no for me dawg. The old one just has something visually this is missing.
I actually really like the styling I think it looks really good 💀
Oof that two tone ‘floating roof’ contrasting with the body color makes this thing look pretty awful. The chrome surrounding the windows also doesn’t help the situation either.🤮🤮 Looking at pictures online, it looks so much better and classier in black
@@dielaughing73 they look good on plenty of other cars.
Great time to release a gas hog like this when it’s getting close to $5 a gallon
The people that can afford this will have no issues buying gas
People who buy these arnt poor , like you lollllllllllllllllllllllllll
@@fredericoespinoza you tell that peasant big floppa.
In some places in California, gas is $8.49 a gallon (3.79 liters). I cannot wait to ditch gasoline honestly.
@@snakeeyes9246 It’s $3.26 in liberal PA sounds like California just sucks lol
I know a lot of people don't see stuff like this but amazing job on the intro phasing transition, really looks cool.
Great video guys! Way to go Jakub! Rocking that Rolex president!
