For me, the killer feature on this mouse is the switches. They have the responsiveness of an optical switch with the tactility of a mechanical switch (provided you turn on GX speed/safe mode in the mouse software), super fun to play around with

the sensor works better then wireless, you fell it most when u stop moving the mouse after that when you move again the 8k hz are to 100% all time their great feeling i mean in that moment the mouse is extrem fine feeling. a wirlessmouse just go to battery saving mode and fells more stuttering like this mouse. for me this is the biggest game changer. no reviewer talk about this my friend fell the same. the clicks also super crispy perfect click controll. i love this mouse, i play it in a wlmouse beast x shell 😍
I recently got a roccat kone pro air, cause i needed a mouse for work and some gaming. I almost always use it wired cause it's insane how much more flexible and soft mouse cables have become since my previous logitech g5 😅
I really love my XM2we, EGG has top notch quality. The only complaint I have is with the encoders they use, eventually they develop a ghost scroll issue, and as a Canadian I don't think they'll send me a new encoder unit.
I for one just don't trust wireless tech, radiation all over the place, no long term studies on the affects. And wired has better latency anyway. Wishing for more wired high polling mice.
For anyone that believes in higher polling rates, wired mice are likely the only rational option to push +8k polling performance because batteries wouldn’t last even 4 hours of play.

I was leaning towards a wireless mouse because of how advanced they have become. They are essentially as responsive as wired mouse now so I did not really see any reason to buy a wired one until I saw many reviews praising the OP1 8K. There are just a few things holding me back from buying it, the fact that I have large hands and the OP1 is a small mouse. The other thing is that a major feature is that it has 8K polling rate, but is the mouse still worth it if you don't use that feature? I have seen some videos on it and it shows that 8K polling rate is still just a gimmick.

That mouse seems to be so good if one has small-medium hands. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like the kind of mouse for someone who has 23cm x 13cm hands like myself who likes to aggressively claw a mouse lol... great fresh review too!!!
Small hands here. 17.78x10cm. The Op1 8K wired is perfect 100%. Couldn't ask for a better wired mouse guys. I'm here for the Freshy Fingers though. 😉 Awesome stuff man. 😊
Yeah, about that frequency interface, I feel like an ass but it made me break the Sora 4k. It was unbearable, why can't they use a different frequency rather then 2.4ghz. In a way im not mad thought because it got me to buy this beauty. I don't have wire paranoia that many seem to think they have with the flood of wireless mice and now think that pesky cable was holding them back. No more charging and a wire regardless of wireless tech will always have the best connection and frequency response. I know it's off topic but I got a question about the budget IEM ranking. I've been trying to decide between the Truthear Hexa, Simgot EW200 and the Truthear x Crin Zero. Reviews and reddit posts confuse me as it seems everyone has a different opinion on all these. It does seem that the Truthear Hexa is a better Truthear x Crin Zero and even the Simgot EW200 seems to be a better build Truthear x Crin Zero but around the some sound as the Zero's. So what I'm wondering is why are the Truthear x Crin Zero so high on your list while the EW200 and Hexa are on lower. I tent to play competitive AND story games, but also listen to music so deciding between these is quite hard.
On paper it has a lower height than even the viper v2 pro (or the beastx 8k which is like the same shape (which myself find to be a bit flat)) but how does the mouse actually feel in hand? is the hump supportive for the palm for claw/relax claw?

The main game I play currently is fortnite so it is alot of movement in the hand,but with bungee I feel no difference to wireless with it, I also have decently big hands mainly and mainly use claw grip and from even just a day of using it the claw grip exprience is so much better because the hump on the op1 is slightly higher and actually sits in my palm unlike the beast x.I think that if u want the best experience then the op1 is just by far better and at a cheaper price but the beast x is really good too.And if u dont want to use a bungee u can also do inexpensive things like taping how much of the wire u need or putting something on it to stop it but its such a good mouse
nevermind just checked my grip and its actually fingertip so all the parts that say claw i actually mean fingertip so its a really damn good fingetip mouse

Hey Fresh, sorry not related to this mouse. But i just got the simgot em6l. works pretty nice but the max volume seems kind of low. do i need a dac amp or i probably hjave some settings wrong. its plugged into an amazon extension thats plugged into back of mb.

Haven’t heard many complaints so no, can’t tell ya why. Check and make sure your cable is plugged in correctly. Left to left. Right to right. Other than that, could just be your source, what you’re plugging them into.
If you want to use the 8K polling rate, wired is the way to go. 8K wireless kills the battery very fast. Razer 8k works well not it's nowhere near as consistent or stable at the OP1
I prefer the V3 Pro shape not use it at 2K mostly. 4K once in awhile. I don't even bother using the 8k and I have 2 copies so battery life isn't a big deal. I just don't notice a difference between 4K and 8k

I like the op18k better. It was an adjustment to be sure as the death adder is much larger but I can confidently say I prefer the op18k. I used the DA v3 for 1.5 years prior.
