I'm very curious what the Rtings results will be for the testing on this. It's in 1st place of the voting poll so they will almost definitely do testing on it in the next month or so. I have a feeling it's either going to match the Viper Mini SE or beat it potentially. The Viper Mini SE has the 3950 sensor exclusivity though, so it's gonna be pretty hard to match it.@@SkyCapGG

😊 Nice man, I was the same way when I opened it up. Easy peasy. And loved the cable wrap. Ohhh and those Kailh GX switches, perfection. I can't hit the 8k on razer polling app though. 6k max. But of course there is no option for 6k. Awesome goodness man. Full view, sub, thumbs up.

Which games have you had/seen issues with? I mostly play Val/Apex/CS/Aim Trainers and haven't had any trouble since 8k Dav3 on my previous rig, which was 6th Gen i7 with 16gb ram
I hadn't heard about the other mouse you got there before, the Atompalm, until you mentioned it. I see it's marketed as a 'record-breaking performance' mouse. Are you able to do any tests against the OP1 in latency or performance somehow? And which do you like best, and why? Also, do you have an intel or AMD CPU?
The reason I'm asking which CPU you have is if you have an AMD CPU you need to use specific USB ports to ensure you are direct-to-CPU. Most of the USB ports on AMD motherboards go to the chipset instead of CPU which creates lag@@SkyCapGG
@@celzolsen8988 I have Intel 12700K, though I have it connected to the correct port on my board (MSI PRO Z690-A DDR4)..making sure of that, I haven't noticed any additional input lag so far!
Ah, interesting. I've seen some info that says it does, and some that says it's only an AMD issue. I try to do whatever I can to reduce the latency as best as possible

How are you liking the shape so far I'm using Viper 8K
This shape is very nice. May be narrow for larger hands but I have 18.5x9.5cm hands and it fits nicely for claw grip
Did you have any issues with stuttering on Apex with 8k polling?
None, which is surprising because I've read it's a pretty common issue. I was expecting to, but so far so good thankfully
Definitely wouldn't say wired is back completely because 8K polling doesn't work in like any game except for a select few.

Yes, you can adjust the polling rate to 1K polling in the software settings!

It doesn't matter which USB port you use on Intel boards. Only AMD. AMD fucking sucks@@SkyCapGG
