Love the 10 minute class idea. This will be great at work when i feel like i don't have time to get away from my desk.

Great class, and yes, both my ring fingers don't move far

Wonderful stuff as always - thank you for sharing! And yes - ring finger is the weakest finger because it does not have independent ligaments, and depends on shared ligaments with the middle man and pinkie fingers. 😊

I have to go very low and slow for the ankle ball stabilizer you showed..want to just pop up but am listening to my body as sprained the left twice and the right once last fall..yes it was fun🌷

This is so great. Thanks for making this Jeannie!
I'm the same on the ring fingers! I've always had trouble moving them on their own.
I really enjoyed this and look forward to the next one!

Same - neither ring finger wants to move much, just a cm or so

I am able to move the ring finger fairly well, but it does require a fair amount of concentration. Thanks for these gentle movements!

Ring finger is difficult and won't lift as far as other digits. I'm right handed and right hand ring finger is very difficult. Left hand not quite as difficult.
