I have four things to say from one chef to the other chef. Mama Mia Mangia tutti 🤦 1, watching this video I put on 25 pounds. 2, I don't know how with all the food you ate you did not stain your white shirt. 3, I used to make at the restaurant Angel hair pasta with a light fettuccine Alfredo sauce and topped it with sun dried tomatoes ,gorgonzola cheese ,toasted walnuts and Julianne thin sliced pear and a little bit of honey on top I freaked out when I seen that pizza because I thought I came up with that recipe lol 4, I worked in a pizzeria that was owned by Sicilian guys and we used to take the pizza ball let it rise again rub with oil put it in the oven and bake it when it was halfway cooked we would slice it in half we would put olive oil ,anchovies, parmesan cheese and we toasted the both halves of the bread when it came out we would put fresh tomato ,fresh mozzarella and fresh basil. Everything thin sliced very thin. 👍👏👏👏👏👏👏👏✌✌💖💪🍾🍳🎅🚌🌻
The first time i tried true italian/european pizza, I was at epcot in Disney orlando. Best pizza I've ever had. I can sort of recreate it at home. But my oven maxes out at 600f. And definitely not burning wood in it. Lol. I can get it close, just not 100% authentic. Hope everyone is taking care.

Hey there! Wow, one Tiramisu per day in Italy, that's a lot 🤪 Have you tried making it yourself at home? It's such a classic Italian dessert 🇮🇹🍰
Vincenzo I adore you!
Love you too!

@@vincenzosplate il cibo Italiano e il migliore nel mondo. Non vedo l'ora di andare in Italia!!!! 🇮🇹
Vincenzo, remember you reacted to a filipino style sweet spaghetti? Can you make your version of that spaghetti?
Ahahha good idea! But i don't like to waste food
I have four things to say from one chef to the other chef. Mama Mia Mangia tutti 🤦
1, watching this video I put on 25 pounds.
2, I don't know how with all the food you ate you did not stain your white shirt.
3, I used to make at the restaurant Angel hair pasta with a light fettuccine Alfredo sauce and topped it with sun dried tomatoes ,gorgonzola cheese ,toasted walnuts and Julianne thin sliced pear and a little bit of honey on top I freaked out when I seen that pizza because I thought I came up with that recipe lol
4, I worked in a pizzeria that was owned by Sicilian guys and we used to take the pizza ball let it rise again rub with oil put it in the oven and bake it when it was halfway cooked we would slice it in half we would put olive oil ,anchovies, parmesan cheese and we toasted the both halves of the bread when it came out we would put fresh tomato ,fresh mozzarella and fresh basil. Everything thin sliced very thin.
👍👏👏👏👏👏👏👏✌✌💖💪🍾🍳🎅🚌🌻
Very well said, thank you for providing such amazing insights!
Awww, PICCOLO VINNY (who is certainly WAY luckier than Lee….). So cute!
Thank you for your love my friend 😋😋
The first time i tried true italian/european pizza, I was at epcot in Disney orlando. Best pizza I've ever had. I can sort of recreate it at home. But my oven maxes out at 600f. And definitely not burning wood in it. Lol. I can get it close, just not 100% authentic. Hope everyone is taking care.
Hey! That's amazing, I'm so glad you enjoyed the pizza at Epcot! 🔥🍕 It's definitely tough to recreate it perfectly at home, but I'm happy to hear you're getting close! Keep experimenting and have fun in the kitchen! 😊
