I have gotten into the habit of giving Bruno's videos a thumbs up even before I start to watch them. The sheer artistry of Bruno's numerous past videos is so sublime, that I know anything he produces is going to be inspirational.

Thank you! My roses are blooming, both mini ones and full size. I am hoping to make more desserts with fresh flowers roses. Turned them into flavor and preserves or fillings.

I used to say thing like 'He's really eccentric and dramatic. I don't like him, but his food looks so good.' After 10 years of strange loyalty, I see these and feel joy. I think 'He loves what he does. He has so much fun. He doesnt let other people's thought stop him from doing what he wants.

...you had to use the left over lemon cake to make this Mother's Day Cake; uniquely stunning BTW; and since I don't have lemon cake, why not bake a dark chocolate brownie cake, cut into panels; and whip up a dark chocolate mousse using strawberries or raspberries (I haven't decided); and for the topping caramel and toast pecans; thank you for the inspiration.
i just can't get over about the fact tht you froze that very nice cake and NOBODY tried to eat it before that happend, it would have lasted exactly 5 mins after i was done baking it XD amazing video, that looks super tasty!
