So appreciative for videos such as this! Thank you 😊. Lord willing, my friends and I are going here later this year!! I'm so excited!
Wonderful! Thanks for watching. Happy cruising!
Hi John, thanks for the great walking tour. We were there over 20 years ago. The new terminal had not yet been built. Looks really nice.
It's a really nice facility. Ideal for a hassle free and fun day ashore. Thanks for watching.
Thanks
We going in March this year
Your video was helpful
My pleasure. Happy travels!
Yes this must be what it looks like with only one ship .. we were there in August and it was a nightmare. There was not a lounger to be had and there is no space between the loungers they are laid out in rows with no spaces. We felt like a can of sardines. Once we finally got settled and found a lounger a storm rolled in and we had to head back to the ship. So this does not give me the best memory vibes !
Yuck! That sounds horrible. So sorry. This is really nice with just one ship. Thanks for having a look despite the not too fond memories. Happy travels!
Hi, Thanks for the walk-through of the port area. We are coming from RCI and sailing on the Jubilee in December so just doing some research now and saw your channel. Are the yellow loungers by the beach complimentary? With RCI, they serve free BBQ lunch at their private port stops but at Mahogany Bay it looks like all the food are extra cost? Thanks.
Hi. Thanks for watching. Yes, when we went, the chairs are all open to use. This is unlike a " private" cruise ship beach port but there are standard shops and businesses there selling stuff. Restaurants and bars, too. Nothing is brought ashore and operated by Carnival staff.
Happy travels.
Is the beach access free of charge?
Yes. Free use of beach and loungers. Thanks for watching.
Looks very nice. One more reason not to take an excursion in Roatan.
Lots of restaurants and activities. People were having fun. A beautiful beach area, too. Thanks for watching.
Hi! I have a question, is this something you book as an excursion or is it free?
@@kristacottrell8143 It's free.
Thanks.. The beach chair area looks really compact. I didn’t see the beach or any pools? How was the area? Looks like a lot smaller version of Costa Maya cruise port
The beach is pretty big there. No pool though. Thanks for watching.
is there a charge for the ski lift chairs going over the port that you know of?
$20 all day pass
$20
