If you're using the 'rational method' to determine runoff then I highly suggest you use a 1 as the coefficient. You should treat your calculations as if the soil was already completely saturated. If the pipe price is too high then you must do something natural & large. I love my dual 6 inch smooth-wall pipes at low-slope. They've never not underperformed though I did require 2x the amount of intake than what the pipes can handle b/c of all the leaves & lawn-clippings blocking the sheet-water.
Be careful advertising burning in holes as without a certified air curtain the hole will create lower oxygen conditions in the fire & produce more smoke or more air irritants. The fine in city limits here is $4k but they do permit air-curtain trailers/containers/pits.
