It's crazy, I've never danced as much as I have recently lol 😆 😅. Can't believe I got gold again 🙌. Thank you so much for watching, and I'm glad you enjoyed the dancing 😉
@@DiggerDanMetalDetecting I been lucky enough to have found 3 lots of gold in the past 10 months, posy ring, full sovereign and a beautiful brooch and every time it’s like OMG love that feeling. You put in the hours and if you are lucky enough to walk over it Dan then enjoy the feeling you have earned it 👏
Amazing what the plough can bring up, that field was never bad before, but it wasn't even close to what it is now 🙌. Just incredible, and it gets me excited every time I step foot on that soil. Thank you for watching buddy 🙏
Awsome Dan as you said the Hammered coin was a belter certainly top shelf. The 1809 medal was also a super find another top shelfer. Your gold dance was ace mate well done. You have some great fields there Dan keep up the good work.
Wow, what a day Dan mate all that history all those saves and finds. The detail on that voided long cross truly stunning and of course the shiny yellow stuff too. Great effort and film Dan lad thanks for sharing 👍🏻👍🏻
Hey jimbo, thank you mate 👍. I'm in love with that voided long cross ❤️, such a stunner 😍. That lovely piece of yellow stuff almost got thrown in the bag with the shotty ends lol 😆. I'm glad I check all the pieces of foil before throwing them 😅. Thank you for watching buddy 👍
Wow, that's a long time detecting mate 👌. It is a beauty of a coin, it's stamped so deep on the reverse, that the bust is almost flat. Thank you very much for watching my videos mate, I really appreciate it 👍. Don't forget to enter the free giveaway, coming soon. Instructions on how to enter are in the next video 👍

Dan! Me screaming at the screen while you sprayed it. I didn’t want it to be a bottle top. 😂 Congratulations on the beautiful, gold Victorian brooch. She’s a looker. Hopefully it can be repaired if you desire. KEEP DIGGIN! ❤
The excitement is real 🙌, just an unbelievable feeling when you find gold ✨️. Would love to have it repaired if I could, just need to find someone. I'll check the local jewellers. Thank you for watching 👍
Hi Dan, another great episode and congrats on the finds! What a field 😍😍 can’t believe the gold was 15/16 and showing ferrous on the scale 😳 I’d have left that signal alone all day long…thought gold was early 30’s. Shows you just never know….Greta work buddy
Thanks buddy 👍. In open air, that gold is reading a solid 14. I'm guessing, as it is 9ct, that it is silver based, and as it is very thin, it is no different to small hammered coins, which I've had come in at 14 too. The chunkier gold does come in the 30s though 👍. If it sounds OK, dig it. I don't take much notice of the ferrocheck. Thank you for watching
Best detail I've seen mate, shame the bust side wasn't so good, but I think is was to do with how deep the reverse got stamped maybe. Thank you for watching mate 👍
@@DiggerDanMetalDetecting Looks like they wellied the cross at the cost of the bust side. You'll have to find a second one now with the opposite effect 😉🍀
Lovely H3 Dan. Lucky to get a delicate coin find undamaged with all that flint in the dirt, I thought; and then, "Bang!" a mangled golf brooch. Blasted rotovators, eh.. Well done though, 'tis gold.
Always amazes me how some items can survive, unscathed for all those years, and then something more modern is mangled like that 🤔. Still, I'll take mangled gold any day of the week lol 😉. Thank you for watching 😊
Makes you wonder how many times that has happened to people, and they've actually thrown it away 🤔 😳. Easily done when it's crushed up like that and giving the same reading as foil. Glad I noticed, iguess checking every piece of foil I find, pays off 👌. Thank you for watching 😊
Oh my good lord mate, that has to be one of the crispest coins I've ever seen! you are on fire at the moment, finding some proper awesome stuff. No wonder your doing so well with the views. You guys down in Norfolk don't know how lucky you are, that county is literally sprinkled in history, while I'm up ere in Derbyshire pickin up George 5th pennies and crusty Georgians. The gold Victorian sweetheart brooch is stunning, I'd get that restored if I were you. Keep up the amazing stuff mate, great to see your channel flying high. G
It's certainly a beautiful coin mate, one of the best detailed coins I've found to date 🙌👌. I'm always saying how lucky I am to have the permission I have, because I've been on plenty of other land in Norfolk, and I've not seen fields as busy as these. Super grateful for what I have 🙏. I was thinking exactly the same about the brooch mate, I will take it to a jewellers to see what they can do with it. Would be great so see it at least straightened out 👌. Thank you very much for taking the time out to watch mate, I really do appreciate it 🙌👌. Have a great week buddy

Wow Dan you cease to amaze me and I’m sure all your other subscribers. You must have heard something in that gold target that said to dig it, a repeatable signal without any chirping maybe. My machines doesn’t have any meters, digital display or VDI readout. It’s all by ear. Thanks for sharing your incredible finds me and your other viewers. Trust your ear Good luck 🍀 and be safe. 🇺🇸
That's what I like to "hear" mate 😉. I use my ears more than anything when I'm detecting, it's the best way. There was a sweet spot on that gold when it was in the ground, very scratchy, but enough of a tone to dig it 👌. Thank you for watching mate 👍
Good to “hear” you’re not relying that much on your VDII readout. I’ll be watching and “listening “ for your next notification. I always enjoy and look forward to all of your episodes. Thanks again for sharing buddy.

Does the Victorian broach have to be reported to your FLO as treasure, or is there a date gold jewelry has to be before it’s old enough to be considered treasure?
From what I can find out, with the new rules that came in on 30th June 2023, this item would not be classed as treasure as it is not yet 200 years old. Anything over that age is now treasure whereas before it was 300 years plus. Thank you for watching
15-16 with all the ferrocheck bars? I never would have dug that signal. What made you dig that bad signal? Or do you dig all the signals? Very nice video, congratulations!
It definitely sounded worse where it was layed out of the ground, but I do tend to dig anything I can get a repeatable signal on 👍. Also I ignore the ferrocheck most of the time and just go by the sounds. Thank you very much for watching
