Great vid with some nice bits. Could the tatty hammered be a contemporary fake , that has lost most of its skin? The design on the ring looks vaguely like a Scarab beetle? That would probably make it Roman period.

Not sure when you filmed but the earth was getting hit with a geomagnetic storm last week or so. Also it never fails that when you tell your buddy to come out to your field of dreams to find a lot of history, that the detecting gods turn it off. Great video as usual tho

Nothing most other machines wouldn't find at that depth. It all boils down to the fact that you have a field with a lot of history buried, and you still have to walk over it.
