Nah In laptops the main problem is cooling and the RTX 3060 and the 12650H needs a LOT of it so they are severely bottlenecked and wont reach there potential

After a windows update genshin feels slower even when it's plugged, idk why but it doesn't feel like a 60 fps even in lowest quality. I made sure that It's on Turbo and GPU is set to Optimized.

DO YOU NEED TO CHARGE IT WHILE PLAYING TO BOOST FPS? I NOTICE THAT IF I UNPLUGGED THE CHARGER, THE FPS LOWS
You can go into the nvidia/amd control panel to change that but I don't advice on doing it coz it drains the battery very fast
Playing in battery lowers the fps when it's going to run out. I prefer playing plugged.
