Not true. The longest rule in history was reign of pharaoh Pepi II ( VIth dynasty), which lasted 94 years (2246-2152BC), according to "Aegyptiaca" by Menetho, and so called "Turin King List".

Amoghwarsha (from rashtrakuta dynasty) ruled for 64 years
Ganapati (from kakatiya dynasty) ruled for 61 years
...... These are some Indian kings who ruled for long time
