What you do is extraordinary!!! Bringing back to life characters who have been dead for hundreds of years!! We really have the impression that they are still alive, somewhere on our planet!
Absolutely fascinating video. A little tip: It would be very interesting and fun if a video was made about the Swedish kings and nobility who only exist as painted portraits. The Borgia family and the rest of the Medici family too. Thanks for these nice videos that make these people more alive.
Thank you so much for this magnificently inspiring production! I look forward to inspecting your video library, hoping to uncover additional speculative jewels of historical personifications... BRAVO!
If you're going to do one of Marie Antoinette, you need to use her death mask, NOT paintings of her. This is b/c the artists of the day intentionally left out less flattering features, or replaced them altogether with more attractive ones.
How would someone recreate what a person looked like using a death mask and no pictures ?? You’d have to also use paintings and other info to get their skin color, eye color, hair color etc. If I make a mask of my face and send it to you how will I look? What color eyes do I have, how about my skin? What skin tone will you give me? How about my hair, is it short, long and what color is it?? You couldn’t create my face with the mask alone there’s no way. Not to mention our faces change at death. All the muscles in our body instantly relax. With the loss of tension our face can change quite a bit. Our skin will sag, the mouth can fall open, jaw can protrude . There’s no tension left in the face or body. The joints and bones change. This can happen within minutes. I’m not saying a death mask can’t give you some idea of what a person looked like but our faces change at death and it doesn’t do the person justice. The paintings can make them to attractive, the death mask can make them less attractive than in life. I think both can be used but neither are going to show you exactly what they looked like.
@@mvpfocus I agree 100%. In the Marie Antoinette painting, for example, she had a very rounded chin (maybe even a hint of a double-chin hinting at some chubbiness) whereas in the reproduction that was all gone.
@@mikeroman5208 Yeah, Marie Antoinette's painting recreation was the most unsatisfying.. I'm glad I was not the only one on this.. I didn't know that her features were altered to make her more beautiful tough
These keep getting better all the time, insofar as quality is concerned. The last one should've at least blinked.

Just one little detail: Mehmet II was indeed redhaired! He was son to a Serbian slave of his father and only inherited the throne after the death of the rigthful heir, Ahmed. Your work is AWSOME!
I think some of these reconstruction captures a glimpse of their personality, Mehmet Fatih comes across as a Turkic Michael Corleone with piercing eyes that shows sharp intelligence and a calculating strategic mind.
Was about to comment about that. I love watching these but I'm put off by the women having makeup and shaped eyebrows making them look more like a modern day woman in costume.
How do you even know what they actually looked like? Maybe the artists weren't very good or only worked with the materials that they had available. These people didn't have still reference photos to use either.
Fatih sultan Mehmet'i görmek çok güzeldi. İnanılmaz bir teknoloji. teşekkür ederim. It was great to see Fatih Sultan Mehmet. It is an incredible technology. Thank you.
On the one hand this is a really intriguing idea, On the other hand, I think it's still doing what a lot of portrait painters did back in the day and making them look much better that what they perhaps actually looked liked. The other problem is that these AI models seemed to be based off of one particular portrait that they show. I'd rather see something where they could show different people who've had multiple portraits, and consolidate it into something a bit more specific. It's obviously impossible with anyone before the pre-modern era, but it'd be relatively easy with people from the 16th-19th century
The whole idea is super good, and it's hugely exciting to see these historical people come to life. It just annoys me enormously that the women are beautified instead of looking natural. Here they get make up on, and it is as if they are all created from the same face type, which makes most of them look a bit similar. Why do they absolutely have to be beautified and almost look like a contemporary photo model?? The men are then allowed to look like people!! Respect the women and let them look natural and like themselves! They deserve it and it's far more interesting!!
I don't believe we know what Nzinga looked like. That drawing was done in the 1800s, clearly. Nzinga died in 1663. Fun to watch this video but it would be best to play with the images that were created during someone's lifetime, imo.
The thing is, portraits are usually flattering, most of these animations flatter the individuals even more so the effect may be far from the truth. There are some really convincing though, Durer for example. On the other hand, there is a wax image of Marie Antoinette based oh a death mask. She was an attractive woman but not as much as in the animation.
Some day, the AI will research the ancient registers of the psychology, life, facts and writings of some of these persons, reassembling their minds, and anyone will be able to talk and to interact with them.
This is my latest RUclips binge at the moment.

Stunning. The costumes are amazing.
This is so wonderful and fascinating. Especially Catherine de Medici, Edward III and Albrecht Dürer looked so real and full of life.
Thanks!
Music is totally fit . Masterful.
I like that the little dog was animated also.
Love it feels like it takes me back in time i also like how they smile and walk around
It's an impressive quality, hopefully expecting more of these!
Thank you! I loved seeing Nzinga! Beautiful. As well as Catherine de Medici and Edward III! Great work.
I do agree that catherine de medici was no beauty.
Amazing, these portraits seem to come to life!

Echt KLASSE! Ich liebe eure Videos, da werden längst Verstorbene "Promis" wieder lebendig!
AMazing. Wow! Effect. Best I've seen.
I cant stop watching these videos! ❤
I love watching these 👏🏻
I love these ❤ it doesn’t have to be 100% accurate to bring these figures to life, it gives us more than a blurry drawing to imagine them ❤
Thank you for your beautiful works
Amazing. Great detail, as in the original artworks
I think that this AI figures are too beautiful to be real!
OMG . I have just been watching it for an hour and it's amazing.
Can you do more sounds of ancient languages videos like the ones you’ve done in the past (not the full version)
Everything so real.. Indeed, the technology has surpassed the mind of an ordinary person, going back in time will soon no longer be a figure of style.
They have breath again! The movement, too!
AMAZING MASTER PIECE OF TECHNOLOGY, AI GENERATED MOVIES BY ACTUAL HISTORICAL HEROES WILL BE AN AMAZING EXPREIENCE
Great job. This is the best video I've ever seen..
Incredible, addicted!❤
Incredible. I'm amazed.
This is a STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL video, thank you for sharing
This updated cgi it spectacular. It's great seeing these historic figures coming to life and moving realistically.

Edward III is beautiful! His portrait represents what it was to be a English monarch.
I’m stunned at how fast this is advancing.
Nzinga is gorgeous! ❤
Thank you for Queen Nzinga!
Please do Anne Boleyn like this, and other Tudors. Thanks.
Wow!I’m in love with Ginevra De Benci.❤She’s Beautiful!

oh god this is my first time hearing about queen Nzinga but deym she's iconic
Awesome😊
Really well done...
I love looking at these!
This is a joy to watch
It strikes me how young they were when the portrait or sculpture was done. I always picture them as old
that's cool but the AI beautified them altering slightly face proportions and gave the women contemporary make up, i got a bit disappointed

Except for the first one! No make up

What AI tool/app/or so do you use? My dad does a lot with genealogy and would love to do this with photos of old family members

It would've been hilarious if they'd shown King Charles II of Spain & then shown a picture of Zuck the Borg 😂.
Please do Stefan Bathory king of Poland next
Great! Just a comment. Eyes never blink?
Absolutely love Catherine of Medicis!
Awesome!
What program you use?
Marie-Antoinette died at 38yo but IA makes her look even more. What is sure is that she was considered exetremely pretty at her time.
I love this music. What is the name of it?
