On topic of usability videos, i have to say (as a newcommer dev) i love those utility videos explaining simple stuff like adding items, mobs or skills. They give a good entry into the code and yaml structures of rathena. Without those i would never dared to even try to config my own stuff into my servers because it can be quite overwelming if you do not know baseline structure of the db and yaml framework. I can understand the argument, that going out and try/break stuff is best for learning but patience and try N error mentality is not very developed in many people and this style of learning in my opinion just deterrs more good content creators, who would have possibly created nice things/maps for rathena if introduced properly.
