I actually used this for about 3 weeks every day at work. But I hear you. On some of the lights I test them then put a vid up. So far I have been lucky and really haven't noticed issues. Pretty sure quality control is decent with these main companies. I have received off brand lights and had issues and will not review them
It is great, had mine a week and agree with you totally, taking a product to the next level compared to the others, I have the high cri, love the colour and the beam spread is also excellent. My favourite also.
I totally agree that this is an Awesome EDC Flashlight. EDC means "every day carry" and I truly carry this flashlight every day, even in my pajama pants. The side light options are the key to these Aurora lights. You don't need the total power of the sun every time you use your flashlights.
Best review I've watched. Thank you for helping me make my decision! Did you end up painting the interior components, if so what color, phosphorescent?
I have the A23 or at least the one like it in brass and 219C. You should get your telescope out for the occultation of Mars and the Moon on Dec 7th. Film it too. It would be fun!
I have 3 smaller Aurora lights on keychains and I have the older A28 that I EDC EVERY DAY. None have failed over 5 years. These are great lights. I buy mine directly from the Aurora website.
Thrunite makes very good stuff too, but these Aurora lights are very high quality. This A28 is versatile like a swiss army knife that has the items you actually use. Give them a try, it's totally okay to own the best products from different companies.
I like that you use a light for a while before you review it. Your beam shots and explanations of distances are superb. Thank you sir.

I’ve watched loads of reviews about this light and yours is the best.
Really appreciate the real usage info.
I’ll order one now

1.5 minutes of turbo: that's impressive.

That's it I'm getting one!

Lol, Girlfriend just said that. If not too cold I may. I'm of work so just might
@@scannerguy1968 Great! If the sky is clear I will be out there too!
If we can just keep from losing it…. Love mine too
I think I got he one that doesn't have the red light on amazon
👍
Nice light, but on amazon it says eligible for a refund but not a guaranteed refund up to 30 days. So for that reason I'm out!! 🔦

I'm hoping to get more lights to review from them.

It's a nice flashlight, but it sure isn't no Thrunite

True, but I am impressed with this thing. I don't think Thrunite has a light like this. But yeah, all my main lights seem to be thrunite
