    But mr Bob sorry to say when I slept or fall on floor or a havey thing picking so my all muscles feel pain full and my -then i do forward binding for 50 years and my body in realef but i will follow you now ok 😁thanks

    Isn’t this the exact opposite of what you should do with herniated discs? Bringing your knees to your tummy is a no no

    @bobthephysio How soon after low back surgery can I begin these? I’m about 11 weeks post op and my doctor has cleared me for the gym.
