Mate, honestly I love the you way you how you carry yourself, how you look after your customers, how much enthusiastic you are about tuning. Wish you were in London so you can tune my Evo 9.
Thank u for that. I try my best to show respect for the hard earned money and time they spent on their cars. I also remote tune
@@bdalchemist since I am on stock ECu, fully forged engine CP pistons, TUrboT rods, S2 cams and hks 7460r turbo what kind of remote tuning can you offer and how is it going to work?
@@EvoK9 fine me on fb and message me , it's easier for me "bd alchemist"
@@bdalchemist sorry I don’t have a Facebook account, I did have one got rid of it
@@EvoK9 u'll need ecuflash, tactrix cable , evoscan . I can send u roms, u flash in ur car and do logs based on my instructions and send it to me. I send back adjustments untill we r done. That's the way e-tuns work. And some team viewer time. But cannot be done on youtube messages , emails /chats etc.
Keep up the great work man, your attention to each person project is just awesome.
Thank u. I understand how much these cars mean to the owner which I respect.
This right here, everyone may not feel comfortable on camera or be interview ready but its good to hear from owners about their passion. Gears and Gasoline use to do this then they just stopped with car reviews.
Really enjoyed this video with explanations/voice over.
Thank u
15:32 Well said. This goes for all aspects and areas of life.
What a real setup with a real turbo is capable of! Great video 👌
Huh?
@@bdalchemist I'm just saying because of the canada turbo you had posted a video a while back ...now this makes some true jam !
@@mperez2496 ya, now I'm thinking it wasn't a 35spec , the customer probably was mistaken.
Awesome content. New fan here owned evo(s) since 2011.
Thank you
I had been patiently waiting. Keep it up 👍
Lol, sorry for the delay , it's hard to do work and vid at the same time
@@bdalchemist I know exactly what you mean
Cool video. Like how you explain everything you do.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Awesome as usual....
Thank u
Much love me general, I'm enroute to 800hp. Darton sleeves ,wiseco pistons, turbo tuff rods, gsc s3 cams ferrea titanium valves, 6466 precision.
That's a good build
Yo what wheel and tire setup? Rim?
As usual much respect. Hey I'm planning a 800hp build, sleeve block, stage 3 cams, 6466 precision, what you think with that size turbo. I'm seeing that car like on the dyno hard to make it. So what you think then is a reasonable amount. Always a big fan.
Previously made 800whp on my old 6466 at around 38psi
I don't understand what "stage 3 cams" mean but 6466 can get u 800+ with supporting mods
@@bdalchemist I mean GSC 3 cams,
You’re videos help a ton. I do have one question though.
2015 GSR. Bolt ons (minus manifold) with a tial Q and shep 4.30.
How do you get MAF calibrated without MAP interfering? I’ve been successful getting the MAP scaled with maxing out the MAF scaling, but anytime I max out the MAP scaling and try to scale MAF, it uses the MAP scaling.
There are plenty of write ups on this as many platforms use a hybride. U turn off one and tune the other and vise versa .
Awesome work mate! Are the block sleeves reliable in the long run?
It has been for me so far
Great vids man!
Thank u
Thank u
Really nice video and build. Is this car going to visit GLD ?
Keep it up bro good job
Thank you
Any specs on the wheel and tyre set up......? Looks soo good 👌
So I noticed you t all yes about adjusting the mivec, is that something you could possibly make a video on ?
There are plenty of write ups on it, but ya I'm planing to do one
Awesome vid! Whats the advantage of the GTR coils over stock?
More spark energy
Hey what's up man..
Nice job as usual....
Could the car have made
More power at the 40 psi?
Yes for sure , he is running low timing
What size turbine housing ? BTW great video as usual, keep up the good work...
Thank u 1.15
When you say HIGH CR, what exactly is the CR of this engine?
12
What was compression
Did the owner provide his insta tag? Or would you know? I dig that wheel setup wanted to know the specs. Superb content btw :)

I have a question BD, ive written to you before and i have a little to really worried question. I have a evo 8 with manley turbo tuff cranshaft, wiseco pistons, 20 over, built head with a 6266 precision turbo, 1700 ID injectors, walboro 525 fuel pump, o-ringed head and my tuner tuned me at at 380hp at a low 22psi. Am i getting F over or whats going on if you ball parked it! My car sat there for close to 10 months!! And i pray i didnt get swapped, hate to say that because im a humble guy with them but dam!!! Did i get screwed over or are there tuners that tune extremly to conservative? Please respond as soon as possible so i can take my car to you when i pick it up again. They put a ecu link 4 as well. I cant believe that the horsepower is that low. Please respond! Even though ill call you tomorrow and ask you. It's on pump 93 right now
Pm on fb "BD Alchemist"
I was just wondering so most tuners I Noticed that the tune in fourth gear and I noticed that you always tune in third gear can you explain why and what are the differences
So most tuners I know tune in 3rd. For the evo 5 speed the 4th gear is a 1:1 so it will produce more hp but less tq then 3rd. It also spools faster because of load factor and longer gear means more data points for tuning. Down side is ur stressing the car more and hitting higher speeds. I do it in 3rd because it's a shorter run, less stress and I tune the rest of the gears on the street after the dyno.
What are the wheel and tire specs 👀
What boost gauge is he using?? I love how it flashes red.
Aem x series
Is it possible to have a with steel rods survive at 800 whp? Or is it only a matter of hours before its worn?
ruclips.net/video/veaNRVpSS_A/видео.html
So hes able to drive around on aluminum rods on long trips?
Yes but not commonly done due to the life span of the rods
Do you know what front breaks the guy has?
Wilwood small brake it
Whats your opinion about 6870g2 vs s369sxe both on T4 divided setup.
Thanks.
That's a good turbo , it flows enough but longevity is a concern for both. Bw I feel always spool faster and lack a little topend
Checking how much HP/TQ can the Evo X MR handle w/fully built trans?
Depends on the clutches u put. They have rating just like the gsr clutches. I think someone did close to 800whp
Where are you located i would love for you to tune my evo!
Naperville illinois, I also e-tune
where is your shop?
IL Naperville
5krpm the power is less than 300whp wow thats very late
How high was the compression ? 10 to 1?
That's not high , cusotomer does not want to disclose. But it's making 800+ on 40psi and 93 octane timing map
@@bdalchemist that's a 950 hp capable evo ..for sure when all set and done
@@mperez2496 agreed , but this is just a "for now situation". There is a g42-1200 kit for the x being built now and I'm 100% sure marco (the owner) will also want it.
Hey bro, you do e tuning for evo 8?
Yes

@@bdalchemist wow! Very good Job!
poor moe
what brakes are those?
Wildwood drag
@@bdalchemist would these pull up the car at 150+ mph on the 1/4 mile? without a chute
@@parabpbpbp these are the brakes most dragers use. Really not that much option to fit smaller wheels for meatier tires. And I cannot answer that question with absolute certainty. I will tell u that he's doing 130-140 on the street roll racing and it's holding up fine. But passed 10sec u need chute
@@bdalchemist well i hope they do cause im gona soon find out, i got the same brakes and should be trapping 150 plus. ill let u know if i end up in the sand trap LOL
CHUPACABRA 🤣
Lol
The whole stock shift thing just ruins the car. Thats why they get smashed on the street against Supras.
