I really enjoy your videos. I always feel that not only are you truly educated and prefessional, but that you care about the cows. I spent many years on a dairy farm and a lot of the farmers treated the cows as milk machines, but I found the ladies to have personality and many of them were truly affectionate.
Hi Aaron & Pedro, she was s calm in the crush. I think most big mama's know you're going to help them. They seem to like their heads rubbed. I love seeing them all fixed up and a head rub. They turn and look at you, like thanks , I needed fixed and feel much better. Take care and stay safe till next time. Hi Pedro. ❤❤
One thing that I really like about his work other than the way he takes care of them, he also cleans up the glue and keeps it looking nice and probably even more comfortable for the cows with all that excess glue on his hoof
Good Sunday Afternoon to you Aaron 💙 nice going as always and thank you for your kindness and patience towards these beautiful cow's 🐄 AKA Big Momma's 🐄🐄 keep the awesome videos 💙🐄🇺🇸 from the USA STATE OF OHIO God bless 🇺🇸🐄💙🙏
To those insisting he wash the hoof: Why? Why wash it when the grinder is just gonna get the crud off anyway? Plus, if the lady has been walking in poo and mud for weeks, is a superficial rinsing reeeally gonna make much of a difference? Humans. 🤦🏿♀️ Thanks for another great vid Aaron!
I apologize in advance, but Aaron is a gorgeous man and I never thought I'd enjoy this type of work, or watching someone do it, but I've learned so much from this guy and definitely been a subscriber for a while now. God bless you and the animals you take care of.
It is amazing how few bad feed you have to fix and how little you have to take off to fix things. Some of these guys on RUclips seem to have nothing bud ...cows needing rescued and it always looks like they are taking half the claw off. I guess it shows that good prevention makes ..superhero rescuers practically unnecessary! LOVE IT! Keeping them from getting hurt is so much cooler than the constant blood and gore headline hunters. And we actually get to learn something. Never thought that watching cows getting trimmed can be so interesting. And you also do a lot give insides into the dairy industry and how things can be when farmers look out for their cows. Makes it even more interesting.
Nice repair. It is still fascinating to watch how fast they realize they don't hurt as much and they have better balance, after they get out of the chute. A couple steps usually and it is "back to normal".
Happy New Year 👋from New York Thank you for Bringing me Along with you Guy's I really enjoy seeing you Guy's doing Amazing work Reliving the Cow's 🐄 Pain
Good stuff sir. Probably been asked a thousand times but why the iodine over a salicylic acid treatment? When is iodine the better treatment over salicylic acid and vice versa?
Poor girl. I'm glad she has you to help her out. The washing is oddly unsatisfying. So much more is seen as you get into working and shaping the claws.
Binged 5 videos and did a shot of whiskey every time you said "big mama" or "you're alright". A decent, honest Aussie just died thanks to you! ARE YOU HAPPY NOW?!?!?
Happy new year Arran keep up the good work.Just wondering if any. plans for coming to the UK for training courses. Would enroll my self and my son's and worker's to learn from the master.,,,😀😀😀👍👍👍
Does it hurt her? It hurts me just to watch so I’m pretty sure it does hurt. Probably like a dentist messing with an infected tooth without Novocain. But the good part is she feels better going forward.
I don't like the block in my way whole addressing the problem and sometimes the problem might change the way I apply the block. That's why I do it like I do it.
Another home run Aaron, no bells and whistles just good old fashioned hard work, merely one of the reasons your so good at what you do.
👌👌👌👌👌👌☺️❤️
Thank you for explaining what you're doing and why.
My pleasure!
Love the little hoof shake at the end! 😂. Poor momma, but at least it's fixed and better now.
Right!!
Love how you go and give scratches to them to show us they are not hurting or anything!! Great job as usual Aaron!!!!

I always think it’s fun to watch them walk out. You can see they except it to be sore and they are all confused about their new “high heels”.
I just love the total empathy you have with your customers.
David in the UK.
What a wonderful personality you have, Aaron!
I love her white patch on her forehead in the shape of Tasmania (Australia). Awesome work as always. Thank you from the other side of the world.

Aaron, you and the Hoof GP have taught me SOOO much about cows feet. Thank you, big thumbs up. Blessed be.♥️♥️♥️
I love how you check on the cow when the glue is setting. The cows seem so sweet and their eyes are so expressive.
You have the best eye for hoof shape of any trimmer out there!
Love how you talk to the ladies ❤. Great job!
I love how at the start Aaron makes it feel like: "Come on in Big Mama, nice to see you again, put your feet up... Just the standard Pedi today?"😁
Lol I should start a video off like that 😉👍
😁🤣😂🤣😂❣️
@@midwesternhooftrimmer6735 oh my gosh please do!!! It would make my day!

Love your videos! So good with The Big Mama's!
You have a very gentle demeanor! Love it, especially for someone who takes care of animals.
🐄 thanks Aaron and Pedro 👏🏼👏🏼
Oh man it definitely makes a big difference to see the hoof washed aron For the viewer it's so clear to see what's going on great video as always

I always enjoy watching you trim hoofs I think you have a great personality and to me I think you really know what you’re doing
Loved that little leg shake at the end, like *"Ooh this feels way better now!"*
Great job bringing relief to another momma 🐄
Nice repair. It is still fascinating to watch how fast they realize they don't hurt as much and they have better balance, after they get out of the chute. A couple steps usually and it is "back to normal".
It looks cold 🥶 make sure you have your wool socks. Happy New Years ❤️😇❤️
poor girl i hope she felt better after your visit and recovers soon
Thanks we'll do a recheck soon😊
@@midwesternhooftrimmer6735 okay please let us know soon
You are such a kind and informative teacher!!💕💕
I'll bet the ladies appreciate having a handsome hunk doing their pedicures! LOL! You're the best Aaron, and I love the way you talk to the girls.
Greetings from Northern New Jersey. Be well and stay safe
I do like to see you care, About your trade and your clients. Keep up the good work. Know that you are valued 👍
I appreciate that!

Thanks Aaron for another informative, well produced video!
Glad you liked it!
That moo from behind you didn't sound distressed at all. I thought she sounded bored and wanted you to hurry up.😉
That's exactly what it was 😊
I saw your holiday picture. Your family is lovely
Poor girl. I'm glad she has you to help her out. The washing is oddly unsatisfying. So much more is seen as you get into working and shaping the claws.
Very interesting about the in-depth wrap explanation. Thank you! (I had asked.)
Fun to compare you with another hoof RUclipsr, The HoofGP out of Scotland. You do nice work.
I like your new approach. Haven’t watched a video in while but I enjoyed this one
Notice how every time the trimmer starts and “mamma” starts a pee-in. Either scares the piss right out of her or it tickles. Lol.
That hoof wiggle was awsome
Binged 5 videos and did a shot of whiskey every time you said "big mama" or "you're alright". A decent, honest Aussie just died thanks to you! ARE YOU HAPPY NOW?!?!?
🤣🤣
Another good trim
Excellent work!
❤ the compassion 😢❤
Love you too, Pedro! ❤❤❤❤❤

I do plan to but don't have any dates set yet 😊👍🐄
Sure she loves how you care for her, 😁
Like he said you never want to seal a wound, oxidation is definitely your friend.
Another great video Aaron. Thanks from Oregon.
Thanks for watching!
I really enjoy your videos!
Why do you not use salicylic acid?
I would like to add that I prefer that you don't "wash" off the claw. Cow's feet are always gonna be dirty.
What about using salicylic acid on the spots like that?
Haven't had as good as results on this type of lesion.
Why just iodine? Every other hoof trimmer I’ve seen uses other products in addition to iodine.
Well done.
Halo brother l am Jamshid, I am Uzbekistan 🇺🇿🇺🇿🇺🇿
Great video! Come on people, 10k views should translate to more likes. Be generous 😊
Her peeing while you’re right there cracked me tf up lmaoo
idk if you answer questions but: does having a block hurt the other legs since its uneven?
Dude u swipe off the excess glue?! Haven’t seen that before 👏
Always.. don't need extra glue cutting into or interfering with the good toe..💪
Happy 🐄
Good job
Thanks
That top area did look like it would hurt the cow. You would think they would use better material to wrap the foot.
what disk are you using?
Does it hurt her? It hurts me just to watch so I’m pretty sure it does hurt. Probably like a dentist messing with an infected tooth without Novocain. But the good part is she feels better going forward.
Your awesome
Did you start using a trimtek wheel?
Landis wheel
@@midwesternhooftrimmer6735 I have a few few. Nice aggressive wheels.
Been watching, The Hoof GP, so much that I was like, He mispronounced IODEEN. 😅🤣😂
I thought they turned on the shower. Never seen a cow pee before
👍
How does a farmer not even notice that
👍🏽👍🏽💜
👌👌👌👌👌💖💖💖💖💖💪💪💪💪💪
Put the block on and let it set while you address the problem claw.
I don't like the block in my way whole addressing the problem and sometimes the problem might change the way I apply the block. That's why I do it like I do it.
@@midwesternhooftrimmer6735 thx for the reply, interesting.
👍🐄💩
its the same glue and block as "the huff GB" but i was wondering why you choose not to fire or heat the huff and block? what difference does it make?
