I absolutely love the additional graphics added to this video as if it were the first time I was watching it even 😉 great trim work. That big mama is well on her way to healing her hoof thanks to you .
Very informative the way you articulate everything that goes into it! Thanks for breaking it down and these vids help me relax alot. Thanks bro watching from Middle Tennessee
Hi Aaron! I'm enjoying your extra additions to your videos. The cow in slippers on the scale cracked me up! I'm glad you helped her feel better and for explaining to folks how these happen and it's not the farmers fault. ❤🐄❤️🐄❤️🐄
I like your creativity. Keep it up, and stay warm up there! I'll send some Arizona sunshine 🌞...although it poured rain on Saturday! Take care and Happy Thanksgiving!!
I love watching you work Aaron! It's so relaxing, and makes me happy because you are making the big mama's feel so much better. Their lives are hard enough!
Just an FYI: You're pretty easy on the eyes too Aaron! Another thing that makes me happy. In my generation we called guys like you "beefcake", which is kind of ironic considering your business, but it was opposed to "cheesecake" that they used to call pictures of gorgeous women! A handsome man in overalls, healing animals? Doesn't get much better than that! You are a very kind soul, and it's obvious in your videos. Even the big mama's love you and nuzzle in! All the best to you, for the rest of the winter!
After she figures out that the pain is gone she'll be walking a lot better I hope you and Pedro and your guys's families have a wonderful and safe Happy Thanksgiving
Im glad to see you posting more content again. I realize there is not always an issue but it’s still great see your content t. Love how you care for those “Big Momma’s!”
A while back I commented how your cows never seem to have any hairy wart issues. You said you would address my question in a video but you haven't yet.
This is a great question! Different farms every day but same farms every week! Like we have a "Monday farm" a "Tuesday farm" and so on.. that's why my backgrounds always look the same
I just saw a video where you explained the difference between a blister and an infection. So despite the bloody pus, would this be a blister? And does that pus not mean there's infection?
I'll make a video explaining the difference. Actually pus yes there is an infection, however this "pus" was serum/fluid not actual pus. But serum doesn't so as well in the title 🤷♂️🤣
I hope everyone working there treats these beautiful animals with care. They are defenseless beings feeding us and they deserve the most of our respect. Nice video!
I find it amazing that your preventative maintenance works so well that you hardly ever have large issues like this.... and nobody else seem to do this! Most of your fellow RUclips Trimmers not only show nothing but gore, but also take half the claw off. I think your methods are much more in the interest of cows and farmers.
She certainly was a very pretty mama, and now a happy mama! Aaron, have you tried hoof GP's famous green glue yet😂 it's all he bangs on about😂 he's such a funny fella, great job Aaron, thank you for posting and take care.👍💙🐄
But Aaron, pus and bloody pus is a byproduct of infection so her hoof had to have been infected. Am I right? When I get a sliver in my hand, if I get it out immediately there is no pus but if I wait until the next morning there will be pain, pus and it will be red around the area that the sliver went into, indicating an infection. And when I remove the sliver I can just push on it and the sliver comes out accompanied by pus.
Well yes.. however what you see there is not "truly pus" it is serum which is like that of a blister. It's a hard line to title a video correctly and draw attention at the same time but you are correct if it was real pus it would be an infection. I've done a few videos explaining the difference but this lesion is more of a blister and an intermuscular infection 😉

I am from Nepal I want learn like that.. my home’s cow need like that treatment…my home’s some cows have like that problems😢 please 🙏 can I contact you another way I need some help
hey Aaron, not a direct hoof trimming question, but what happens to a cow that has a crack or fracture in the pedal bone of one of their claws. would a vet have you trim her down to reduce the height of the affected claw and then but a couple of blocks on to take the weight of it off??? does the cow get put down??? have you ever seen that happen???
Well a fractured pedal bone would be a side affect of necrosis. There is no way for a cow to "break her pedal bone" however when necrosis or rotting of healthy tissue and bone takes place the bone starts to fall apart creating shards of bone that work their way out like a splinter. This would be a case by case basis on course of action but yes sometimes a vet would be called in for amputation.
Hey Brother , love all the videos and everything you do, just had a question, Is there ever a time you would need to put multiple blocks on a single cow for having more than one bad hoof or is that just not something you would do? Just curious? Stay Blessed Brother ✊🏽

You do awesome work! I know the cows get much relief when you take care of them! You are very caring and gentle with them ❤
Thanks Aaron. Great work and thanks to a diligent farmer her issue will heal up fast.

Aww man you always have such nice things to say David. Your truly the best!
Glad the 🐄 is going to feel better ❤. You did a great job 👍!
Another great job on a big mamma! Love the additions you added to the video. Can’t wait for the next one!
Love your work
Good job. U have surely released so much pain from it...
That doesn’t look like the neon green glue we have come to love. lol.
I love that you use the hot pink vet wrap! 💕🐄
Good Job!!
i hope she feels better soon
had to subscribe the second i heard a wisco accent lmao. much love from ozaukee county man!👍
Great video as usual
The farmers should stop leaving their legos laying around for the cows to step on! 😂
🤣🤣 maybe that was the cause!
Vous êtes incroyable
Great video.
Glad you enjoyed it
Mama will be healed in no time. Thanks for sharing Aaron. Happy Thanksgiving to you, Pedro and your families. 🙂❤️
You’re so good with those babies.
Thanks Penny! One of my first followers ❤️😊
@@midwesternhooftrimmer6735 there when ya started and staying as long as you stay
A while back I commented how your cows never seem to have any hairy wart issues. You said you would address my question in a video but you haven't yet.
Hey Aaron whats a typical work week. Are you at the same location or multiples farms?
This is a great question! Different farms every day but same farms every week! Like we have a "Monday farm" a "Tuesday farm" and so on.. that's why my backgrounds always look the same
I just saw a video where you explained the difference between a blister and an infection. So despite the bloody pus, would this be a blister? And does that pus not mean there's infection?
Still just bloody serum. Infection have swelling normally, these are simply blisters or blood blisters similar to what we get. 😊👍
Are you ready for Wisconsin Winter ?
Nope! 🤣🤣 do we have a choice? I was asked to teach in Costa Rica this winter.. so thinking that might take all of February 😜
Groovy
You do read your comments? Some day I will buy ya a coffee. Maybe even pedro
There for a minute I thought I went colorblind.
Sorry had to reduce the red or else YT would flag the video..
@@midwesternhooftrimmer6735 understandable.
Not using the Hoof GP glue yet??
I'm sure it's great but I'm happy with what I've been using 😊
How does the mama walk without tweeking her leg with the block on.
The claws are strong and can hold her up without a problem 😊
👍👍👍🐄🐄🐄

What is ur craft?r u a vet ?
Not a vet. A Bovine Hoof Trimmer 😊

What’s with the drooling? 🤔
Ruminants drool 🤷♂️ if your not sure what that means Google it 😉 it will make perfect sense 😊

Does the grinding produce heat or is it relatively small amount bc it is not staying in one spot? What kind of grinding wheel do u use?
Zero heat as the wheels have cutting blades not abrasive..
I stopped watching the shorts until I saw that you had a link that we can finally see the results good job
Yeah shorts are kinda like previews or trailers.
How many different farms do you go to?
Okay like 10.. they are mostly large farms that we visit weekly 😉
Love ya, Double Tap!
