I was bed ridden last year and hated it! I used to do MMA and spin for exercise before getting POTS from Covid. I’m trying my hardest to get back to at least riding my bike! I get crazy dizzy still when upright, walking is not an option without a cane unfortunately. My doctors want me to stay in bed!! So dumb, they know nothing. I’m just gonna raw dog it on my own, I know my limits better than anyone.

How long did it take you to improve your cardio vascular fitness from the moment you started training ? I am into crossfit since 2 years now and sometimes i feel i see no improvement 😅
Last weekend we had a competition and it was very hot and humid and it triggered one of the worst flare I ve had in a long time. Of course i creeped everybody out 😂 because i nearly passed out. But most of all i find it frustrating...

I did Crossfit for a couple of years and what I noticed was that because there isn't an individualized progressive overload, progress taps out pretty quickly.
All of the folks in my box who progressed went to classes and followed an individual program, which I did not have time for.

It took a bit. For most of my clients, we find substantial progress in 3-4 months!
