My favorite scenes is when Tim's pancakes wakes her up and she catches Tim and Lucy kissing in the kitchen. He asks her " how many do you want one or two " the look on his face when she responds with " uh three" was great
What I love about the last scene is how Tamara is living proof that Mrs. Chen is wrong about Lucy working a thankless job. We see how grateful Tamara is over how Lucy took her in and saved her from a life that would have ended in tragedy. And to me, helping Tamara has been Lucy's greatest accomplishment as a cop.
1:13 Smitty would NOT have been my first choice. It's a miracle he's still on the force. Especially after letting half the LAPD go home early that one episode.
her assignment was for an officer who has been on the job longer than 20 years so she could report on the changes in the workplace. Not ideal, but he does fit the description.
I truly love what Tamara added as a character to this show. I feel like she is the reason Lucy got through Jackson's death.

I personally like how Tamara almost immediately hugs Lucy. She sees her as a source of comfort in such a situation.
