The teddy bear part wow! Whoever wrote that knows what is like to be on the streets, many people don’t understand how important an object means when you are out there, for me was scooby doo that I hold for dear life hoping nothing bad happened while I was asleep, that was the only thing I had from home that brought me stability and you can steal everything from me just not that, I was 17 now I’m 25 Married with a loving husband and starting our own business, grateful and I still have my scooby btw we both made it lol Watching this made me realize that I’m ok now and it’s time for me to give back and help the others, thanx for that.
i’ve never watched this show i’ve seen snippets i came across this and im amazed. i mean yeah it’s a show but to me that fact she helps that girl from the very worst is just awesome. i’d say she’s more like a god mother
You're a natural! You and Melissa have good chemistry and it's fun when you have scenes together. Be sure to send flowers to the show writers while they're on strike so they remember to write more scenes for you! :)
I was homeless at 16. I was lucky to have a car to live in. Imagine life but you have to walk everywhere, which includes school and work...this poor girl.
The girl is so depressed from her parents death, she Doesn't realize how much her life is worth, I can see the trust issues inside of her, I have trust issues myself. She doesn't trust anyone because she's probably been lied to her whole life which is pretty understandable😢
Yep. She's cute; borderline adorable. Focusing beyond, the plot is a fantasy. No one is as "perfect" as her character. People make bad choices - most time influenced by environment or another who is less than acceptable. This also applies to the Officer...giving her car away to a stranger (puppy)...no one is this perfect. I've been Best Man 5 Times...no joke. Im a fairly grounded, straight forward, empathetic human being - and I hesitate to even imply what that implies. 8 yrs ago, I suddenly couldn't walk from two bad hips; after 5 years in constant pain, unable to walk (to the point I had to ask friends to take my pee bottle to the toilet to empty - such a humbling lifestyle because by then, I had also become homeless living in an RV, whatever you had or were doing in life, once you cant walk, you will go thru your savings, lose your income, inter alia....), I went through two years of operations to replace my hips...and now I can walk! Thank GOD for socialized medicine in California!! All together, I KNOW. I lived at the bottom...in constant pain. Lucky me, even attracted a gang of FCKS that decided I was an easy target.... What I know is that people who are living in a car can never be so perfect, "...(although you are projecting on me to be more of a loser than I am) ...rest of the money I invested into my college fund..."...no. Life at this level is too difficult. Fear of having something important like a computer being stolen is a 24/7. Liars and thieves (couple of things I HATE) are non-stop. You have to sleep.... And the police, most of whom do care, have bad days. Make bad assumptions. Are human that arrive with their own set of biases. And some Officers, just are not good people. Pay attention. The education of the police needs more attention to de-escalation, to a MUCH deeper understanding of what Human Bias is. The criminal justice system MUST recognize that "bail" is the single variable which keeps lower income individuals incarcerated: If you are locked in a cage with NO communication (the "collect" only phones are a ridiculous way to squeeze every penny out of a rock), You can NOT mount a defense to your own loss of Freedom. We simply must solved the "bail system" if criminal justice ever hopes to become what the name suggests. All in all, I appreciate the "fantasy" of these two characters. I understand the "hope" that this dialog projects. Unfortunately, the reality, even at its best, registers below what would be the minimum positive of this episode. Further, people get the idea that it is this "easy." Just help a little and you'll pull a "puppy" back up and out from the dirt. Never seen it...and I know. And those that would think this to be a glimpse of what it is like living in your car - vote. Know - THIS plot - FAILS scrutiny. "It never works out...helping a 'puppy'...."...the other officer's opinion, is more true. It CAN work out, helping, but the parts of the whole are each an issue usually misunderstood. In the end, do appreciate that helping...HELPS. But, have reservation as to the "perfect homeless girl and the perfect police officer." If you REALLY want to know, prepare your questions and walk down the street to try to find someone that KNOWS...and ASK.
would it be ok if i used parts of this video in a edit i am doing of the rookie in general (icarly intro but it being the rookie instead of icarly) would it be ok?

I love how Tim says Tamara is Lucy's puppy, and several months later Lucy's still taking care of her
I love tamara and Lucy’s mother and sister like relationship. She helped her deal with Jackson’s death.
Thanks for spoiling that for me when I check the comments not even halfway through this 😡💢
@@christinaberger3262 can’t spoil something so old
Yup and Tim has also bonded with her😂
Especially since Tamara provides Lucy emotional support after Jackson was killed. Like an emotional support puppy.
The way Tim said bad puppy was just a crack up

You mean "their" daughter.
lucy and tamara are close enough in age to be sisters though
Lucy's slight smile when Tamara gives Tim a smart-arse reply to his question about her still going to school.
