It’s not crying. You’re not gonna tell us you’re amazed and satisfied with the watch faces currently available? To choose a list of your 3 favourite watch faces is more a list of least meh, rather than a difficult choice where you wonder which one actually is coolest, cooler than other ones.
But I get you: it’s not really different on the iPhone, and bland taste is the modern day Apple credo. Memoji’s and iMessage animations are the characteristic level of nowadays Apple’s creativity, alas…

I'm experiencing no bugs at all using WatchOS 10.3 on my Apple Watch Series 7. O2 sensor still works given that I am from the Philippines. Battery Health still good at about 90% and I had been using it since the Series 7 Released. Keep it up Aaron!
Aaron, Thank you for your reviews of the updates. I am an older, basic user who’s 5 years old great grandson does things with my iPad that I didn’t know it could do!😂

I’ve noticed a recent drop in battery longevity since 10.2 on my 1st gen Ultra, prob about 20% less runtime. Hopefully that gets improved. I’m often around 50% at bedtime now so I end up charging while I sleep to get thru the next day.

Ever since updating to watch iOS 10.3 when I get a notification, my watch dings, I look at the watch, and it seems to take 2 to 3 seconds before it appears on my Apple Watch Ultra 2. I believe before this things came up pretty much immediately. Anybody else experiencing this?

Wouldn’t it be cool if Apple released a new watch-face every month? That would create massive interest and anticipation before the set release day.

hey Aaron 😊 there seems to be a big bug or (hopefully not) a new apple restriction in watchOS 10. I think it needs some social media attention and I was wondering if I can give you more info. It’s affecting the type 1 diabetes community. The calendar complication no longer updates every 5 minutes as it used to.

. I purchased the Apple Watch Ultra 2 on 01/01/2024. I was nervous about along the blood oxygen on my watch. However The blood oxygen still works on my ultra 2 after the update.❤❤.
Is it titanium band on your Apple Watch?
Would be good enough if you can review oldest supported watch as well. I am using watch series 4 and battery backup is horrible with 10.2 and 10.3. It’s giving about 6 hours. Battery was changed recently and it’s not doing any good
That watch face is SOOO CUTE!!!! It will be my newest wallpaper for a couple of months.
The update on my Watch 6 broke the ECG and Weather apps. After 2 reboots, the Weather app is working but the verdict is still out on the ECG, where I've managed 1 barely-normal-looking readout out of multiple tries.

I don’t understand what you’re saying about existing watch series 9 and alter two. I’ve had mine since before Christmas 2023 does that mean Apple will disable features on my device that I paid for?

Hi, what watch face are you using in the early part of this video?
I believe it’s the “modular” one. I just tried to figure it out myself. And the background colour is the multicoloured/rainbow option but with the background off option. What I can’t figure out for sure is the middle complication with that picture, however, considering it says golden hour I’m assuming it may be the sunrise/sunset option? I have it set to that now and it doesn’t look the same but I tried everything else and nothing else did wither, but I’m going to see if it changes when it gets to “golden hour” as it say on his watch face there at the beginning!

I just got mine from Amazon 3 days ago and it still has the sensor. If your gonna get a series 9 or ultra 2 get it now if you want that blood oxygen feature
3:00 If you update from 9 to 10.3 you have to enable the swipe on watch faces. It’s not enabled by default if you are updating for the first time to 10.

Yes it is, its expensive but worth it, bought it thinking only to wear it when i want my ultra to look classy, ended up being my daily, i wear it all day, sleep and shower with it as well. Really good and durable. Can recommend 👍
For the past few days all of a sudden the weather stopped loading. The news app was doing the same thing but it’s back to normal now, but the weather isn’t. Also, the App Store isn’t available most of the time

there's a weird bugs that i experience, i unplugged my SE-2 6.30am before go to work. and by noon the battery still at 100%
out of curiousity i restarted both my phone and AW. turns out the battery drop to 72% same thing this evening (on a same day), i charged it again at 6.30pm when im arrive at home, then go for a run now is 9.42pm battery still at 100%
usually after using it for workout run between 7-9pm, battery drop to 80% (note: mya battery health still at 100% purchased this watch october 2023)
I could really care less about the new wallpaper. I just wish that Apple would either put more bang in the updates or not do them so frequently.
The updates are more important than you think as they include bug fixes and security updates.
@@rodhashemiI agree at this point I’d rather have more bug fixes and issues resolved than new features. What’s the point of having new features if the overall experience isn’t reliable or, for some, the battery life is still a concern.

@@boratmargaretsagdiev2463 nothing like it was on watchos 9. I had to turn off AOD just to get decent usage out of it. And my battery health only changed one percent since when I switched from 9 to 10... So you know it's the OS and not so much the battery ( even though, YES batteries degrade... I get that).
Hoping that more dot updates help with improved battery life on 10
I wish they would come up with some really nice watch faces. Still wish we could play music on the watch speakers. I have noticed two nights now that the watch passcode needs to be re-entered since this update. Never has this issue before other then that no issues.
I'm discovering the Siri volume on my Series 9 watch under Watch OS 10.3.1 is annoyingly quieter. I've got the settings maxed and it's definitely not as loud as before.

I dunno if that was before, but when pressing the crown and being in the app cluster/list, you can actually scroll upwards all the way to your watch face.
I like that map-like logic. The crown basically is a short cut. You can also get into the app cluster/list by scrolling down from the watch face the other way around, which is more commonly known.

Auto launch is off but still it works, when you play any music in iPhone it shows in watch as well that it drains battery for nothing

The question is: Has the bug on movement ring goal counting been fixed? I've been stuck on 489 out of 500 movement ring closures for months. goal issue where it is not registering your close movement ring towards your 500 movements goal. It shows for example 760 calories instead of the 800 you used to close the ring.
I used to be able to raised to speak and tell my watch to start a workout or set an alarm. Since so 10 it’s not working anymore.

I updated Wednesday evening and my watch Sleep data only shows Time in Bed not Sleep for Wednesday night Thursday night. Never happened before. Not cool
Aaron please answer this ..... how do you get the watch to stay bright in low light conditions ?? ive went through the settings and even went to att and there is no way of fixing it.
You just adjust the brightness and that’s all you can do
Use the watch face most suited to low light. I found wayfarer to be the best for me but only when looking directly at it.
I used white or light grey colors

2:58 - But why is swiping between watch faces no longer smooth as it used to be? It's jerky and jumpy, always displaying the 10 : 09 marketing time first, and then abruptly switching to the current time. This is how a cheap device can behave, not an Apple Watch.
Have you tried restarting your watch? I have an old Apple Watch 4 and it seems to be responsive

I can confirm that the 500-move goal completion achievement bug has been corrected and have had my prior missing completions credited to the goal.
Before when I read a Message from notification on Watch it shows that this Message is readed and now after update it shows that I have unreaded messages. This disappears when I open messages app on watch and read it again. This is frustrating.
Those thin watch bands look so bad on the ultra. My only gripe with this watch. But plenty that do fit.
My Ultra 1 is stuck on “preparing “ for three days now. How can I fix that?

The only thing I care about is Tim Apple bringing back swipe up for Control Center.
They already brought it back with the last update. It’s now in your settings I believe in the display settings it’s a toggle now.
4:05 I noticed this feature too and I’m not on watchOS 10.3
My battery has been draining insanely since 10.3. I had it drain last night from mid night 100% to 6 AM 10%. and today I charged to 100% around 2pm and it is already at 10 at 43%.
This is new, if you hear anything please let me know. My apple watch ultra health is still at 100%.

So I might have solved my issue. Maybe helps you guys too. Firstly I uninstalled all my apps. That barely improved my battery. Then I did full restart by holding both buttons (some folks said this helps) lastly I held my finger on wifi and reconnected to my network and my cellular connections. Now my charge is 93 in the past 4 hours. So far so good. But annoying to get apps back.

try to disable wifi from settings. or the cellular if you still bring iphone with you. im getting a better bayyery with that, so watch only connect via Bluetooth
still on 9.6.2 .. ill never go with 10 .. i like my dock and the crown doesnt scroll through apps

Since 10.3 NFC payments are a mess in Germany on my Series 7 45 mm.
I wish they would put the swipe up to access- Find my iPhone back instead of pushing the side button to access. That’s what I use the most!😢
