- I found this video on my computer, it's from a floriani club I did last year and I guess I forgot to upload it to youtube after I made it. Figured I may as well put it up!

Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I've watched and benefitted from many of your tutorials. Several months ago, I bought an embroidery machine, then discovered and purchased the Floriani TCU program, with the dealer being agreeable to spend one (1) hour with me to help jump start my use of the program... months later, dealer doesn't return my calls for help and I'm still deeply saddened that I can't do the designs for our youth group's mission trips. Is anyone in Albuquerque NM, or neighboring state(s), willing to be a tutor, just to get this very expensive investment in use? Thank you again for sharing your talent.

what if it makes the outline a satin but not in the right direction? When I add inclination points all the stitches disappear. What am I doing wrong?

Is there a way to import special characters or glyphs with this program? I use MWII and there isn't a way to use ttf and import the glyphs or special characters.

hello, i was wondering if you can help me arrange my icons the way yours are. mine are too crowded and dont have spaces between them. Im new to digitizing and would love to learn how. I have the FTC 7.25. Also, when i insert my image to digitize, for some reason it crashes. how do i fix that glitch. Thanks for your helpful videos
i followed instructions and after finish the picture dont come up just lots of scrambled lines

Do you have a video on how to get the image from google? I see the images but they are in a png format and see no way to save them as another form.
you can right click the image once you've downloaded it, choose edit. this will open it in paint, go to file, save as, save as jpg
