Very possible. Olivera Kovačević (RTS) already announced that Serbia will not participate in Junior Eurovision (second year in a row). I wouldn't be surprised if the same decision was made when it comes to Eurovision 2025. Sad, but not surprising considering the participation is rather expensive, and the finances are tight.
