The west coast version of this tour got very sloppy . His voice was still strong , but he suddenly was not caring if the band sounded like shit . And it affected his performance .
Wow ! Been a Dylan fan since back before these songs were released ! And am I the only one that thinks this sucks ? Way to rushed, as if he was running a race ! Prefer his " Blood on the Tracks " rendition ! Odd thinking back, but until now, when hearing Dylan, I always just accepted any music from him, as Dylan ! But not this one ! I think they are too totally different songs expressing different emotions. I really like them both. although he may burn in hell for putting the sound of such destruction of his marriage out in public.
