If it's from offcial video, it could be overdubbing later in the studio. I agree they sound too clean and good for live show. But maybe they are sober and it's only asynchronization.))))
@@bluebeastsrtohhh you are better😅😅😅😅😅😅😅 its not the tricky parts its to play it blind and make a show too not a stiff Gen Z robot 😅,your Generation is lost
You know why??? Chris Holmes guitar became the story and fn Steve Blackie riding right behind him with Randy bringing up the back with dual chrome exhaust 😊😊😊✨
Incredible!🤘🤘 I'm 58 and seen'em twice back then. One of the most awesome shows I ever saw was in Dallas with Iron Maiden,Dio and Wasp..! Still goosebumps me
The thing with heavy metal it gets in your blood and it never leaves you 80s metal fucking out of this world I'm 48 and still love the 80s metal music we were so lucky to have the ife times and the music of the 80s
No matter how many times I listen to this version, it never stops to amaze me, it’s so good! It’s quite an accomplishment, it’s W.A.S.P at its finest ❤
Считаю эту песню самую интересную и запоминающуюся из тех, что слышал в рок музыке, хотя не являюсь поклонником wasp, здесь и манера исполнения, и гитарные риффы, разнообразие во всем так сказать
Unbelievable song and performance...love me some Wasp ! Some of their stage antics really hurt them in my opinion; This is a talented Metal band, and Blackie is Awesome ! What a Voice !
Back in Wasp's heyday, there were many groups which rallied and wrote disparaging content in newspapers and magazines about the band: notably, the Washington Wives, etc, etc. I have to say, WASP were a great live act (awesome sound) in the early '80s.......... Onya, Law Dawg...........
I saw them on this tour on December 23, 1984 at Daddy's Night Club in San Antonio, TX. I had turned 19 in July and drinking age was still 19 back then. Wild show and they played everything off their debut album. This was when shows were super cheap and they absolutely destroyed that night. Saw them again on tours for the next two albums and while they never took off like they should have, the concerts were loud, crazy and a blast!
I agree with Coasterdude02149. This is the best version. They couldn't have done this song any better than they did on this night. I think 1987 and 2000 are good but this version beats them both. It's more raw, heavier and emotional.
Hell yeah bro Chris Holmes killin it, that dude was magnetic on stage, still is. As a young guitarist, this chord progression was a dream to work out melodic solos.
the contrast in guitar tones is a big part of the brilliance here..Holmes’ signature sound gets a bit lost in the recording but I can only imagine how wicked it sounded live
Piper & Holmes made such a great guitar duo. Granted, I totally understand Blackie Lawless switching to guitar after Piper left, as Lawless was never a bassist so much as a guitarist frustratingly put into the position of taking up the bass out of need. But...god damn, what a solo exchange here.
When guitar solos counted for something. This was the dream metal team minus Tony Richards who was shockingly fired from the band soon after the debut was finished.
Here in 2024💘
me to
I saw them four times for each album, from 1982 thru Present.
@@WolfgangHood8404FMFI only seen them once would ❤ to see them again love this song ,, breathe and I miss you my favorite wasp songs.
Here from medellín Colombia
Here! Metal never dies!
One of the most beautifull solos guitar exist! 🤘🏾
yes plus Life goes on by Poison
even after 40 years, this song never tires me… a masterpiece! especially this live version with this lineup!
🍀🍀🍀
2024 Still here
This version NEVER gets old...best version of this there is...in my opinion anyway. \m/
I agree one year later
Seems this is phonogram...
Or asynchronization.

Coasterdude02149 I love Randy
Coasterdude02149 Fuckin A
Best guitar solo ever. Even when playing together
Chris and Randy
Saw this live in 1984. Not much could beat this pair. Thin Lizzy or Judas Priest
.
Adrian and Dave maybe also
The solo was sloppy back in the 80s. And it didn’t age any better.

the best live version -the drums, voice and quitar solos
The guitar solo ALWAYS kills me.

Brilliant! Awesome live version. WASP doesn't get better than this. This is light years apart from the 2000 version. Night and day.

They were awesome. So how do we get the 80's back? Today sucks.....
