I think midras frenzy flame is still pretty ass, but if you use corhyns robes for extremely high focus, perhaps even a talisman that boosts it like crazy, and then the talisman that reduces mana consumption on all the ticks.
I think you could just spam it from further away than undendurable frenzy and actually put tons of pressure on someone 😅
